Pretty much. He had the tools needed to play the game but sold them for some reason. Considering how highly sought after the game was prior to its localization and the high praise given following release I would have at least played it at the time before selling it and the Wii. Oh well...

Haven't gotten FFXIII-2 yet, I figured I'd bite on it now since my job passes right near my closest TRU. I go in, and the sales tag for FFXIII-2 had it 50% off to $19.99, not $9.99 like in the OP. Needless to say, passed... will wait until another chance at a sub $10 price point.

It's nothing like Okami, it's probably closer to Punch Out in a way in terms of the meat of the gameplay. Pretty good game though, but also fairly challenging as well if you lack the patience to play it properly. (i.e. don't go in swords flailing expecting to win)

I like the idea but I'm not sure about donating. They seem to suggest that they had some financial involvement in the current titles targeted with Op. Rainfall being localized in North America. While I'm sure the movement itself had an effect that resulted both Xenoblade and The Last Story...

Had one of these early on in the 3DS' life, but I've since bought a Power Case which is basically a charge kit + protective case in one. Much better since you can't use protective cases with the added bulk of the Charge Kit either.

I honestly can't remember the last time a store had a specific deal for any anime based videogame. Even back when the Budokai series on PS2 was big I don't think there was anything. Seriously doubt with the DBZ game series having lost relevancy since then that any deals would be dedicated...

Thank the thieves that make those things necessary. Real shame too especially if you're a collector. I remember one store (not target, I think it was a TRU or Best Buy) having those things on all their copies of the SFIV collector's edition and every single box had some form of slight damage...

Same here. I haven't had much fun with wrestling games at all this generation (and this year's WWE 12 doesn't look to change that) but I've had friends saying this one is fun. But for a wrestling game I think I'll wait and see just how low it will go.

I had no idea there was such a think as a special edition for that game. Anyway, Contra 4 is great, it's also incredibly brutal as most Contra games are. This one doesn't skip a beat.
