What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

I am slightly disappointed that the disc was unplayable (was pumped to find a copy of DA2SE for $43 "acceptable - large tear on cover, manufacturer sealed"). But I'm by no means mad at amazon - I'll get a full refund and this is the first grossly unacceptable experience in somewhere around 40 orders I've made from them.

Good game, but I didn't like the genre change. It starts as a hack and slash and then shifts into an RTS later on. I'm not a death metal fan but I still enjoyed it.

I did not like it all, I quit playing it after a few hours, and I don't quit in the middle of a game very often. I liked the script and the Jack Black style humor, but the game play for me was just awful. It is a weird hack n slash/RTS hybrid, and even though I like both of those genres, I could not get into this game.

I know this wasn't a warehouse deal but yesterday I bought a brand new kansas city cheifs ps3 controller for around $12. They had a few other teams for about $10 but they sucked(panthers) and the KC controller looks so cool compared to the others. I glad I bought it when I did because they are all back to $40. Has this happened before? And are madcatz controllers any good?

I've just finished the game yesterday. I personally loved the humor and the music. The gameplay wasn't bad either.

I don't know that I got the one you were looking at (since there were 3 or 4) but my wallet is the one hating me now lol. Spending way too much on video games and whatnot lately. System was delivered this morning so hopefully everything's in good working order when I check it out later tonight.

Yeah, same here I think. Well, I'm going to do it if Amazon pricematches. 150 versus a "good" 360 with Kinect... the used value of the Kinect would probably put you over the top versus the BB deal/Amazon pricematched deal, but who knows what kind of 360 you'll wind up with "Good." Some of the stories scare me.

So far so good for me. I recently purchased a Slim 250gb (no Kinect) listed as acceptable for $208 and it came in the original box and the only item that was missing were the instructions on how to hook it up.

Remember you have 30 days to return it.

That's a great price, even though the case is destroyed as long as the game still works, would be fine with me.

AWD often reseals the games they sell. I've bought three or four games that came sealed that were obviously used in the past.

That's weird. I got two copies, they came packaged in that wrapped cardboard packaging - both were in perfect shape. I ordered New Vegas from Amazon a while back and it came smashed; just send em' feedback and they'll replace it. At least, they did for me.
 
AWD will not replace goods, they will refund however and pay to ship it back to them.

Or you can ask for a partial refund (usually 20%) and keep the item.

I stand corrected; the item they replaced for me was purchased new though, not through AWD. If you bought in "like new" and it came smashed, I'm sure they will help ya out though.
 
Wow. I e-mailed them and already got a response. They are going to give me a full refund and was told that I can do whatever I want with the game and that there is no need for a return. Gotta love Amazon.

just got my singularity, 8$ like new and it looks practically brand new except for the "used" sticker at the back.
