What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Really? I haven't really kept up with AWD up until the past week or so but I haven't seen that many consoles in one day. Most I've seen has been 4.

EDIT: On a side note, got both of my BlazBlue: CTs today and they are in pristine condition. I love 'like new' games. They all come sealed and the cases are basically brand new, and it literally looks like the games have never been played.

You just never give up on looking do you mykel lol still looking for those deals within awd.

I want to buy some of these games listed like gears judgement for mp.. But I know with video game season coming up and my 4 preorders I already paid for I doubt I will have time to play any other games.. I might soon be a hoarder of video games also lol.

I love Amazon LN games too, until I want to rip off the sticker on the back. More times than not, the sticker leaves A LOT of residue. Worse than GS for me

I hate those stickers so much. The ones I've got in the past are usually 2 or 3 stickers on top of each other and they never come off clean. I use Goo Gone and it's still annoying. I can usually get GS stickers to come off clean unless the game has been there for a long time or They put a sticker over the remains of an old sticker, then I have to soak it in Goo Gone.

I cant help it :p , I know I should be beating games in my backlog atm but, I keep finding myself wanting to check AWD. Im gonna give it a break until tonight though just wanted to contribute since DS2U is off to work for a while.

There stickers are so much less of a hassle then GS. All you need is Q-Tips and some Olive Oil it comes right off easy as cake! I suggest taking everything out of the case before you do so though.

Yeah, oil and goo gone are both amazingly adept at getting under the plastic. Also rinse it off for a couple minutes and let it dry for a day just to be safe.

 
Just got my like new Modern Warfare 3 today.  Little disappointed because it is just the steelbook and the game (missing slipcover and book).  Not a huge deal because it was so cheap and I mostly wanted the steelbook, but still a bit disappointed because it was listed as Like New

Email or call CS they gave me a full refund and let me keep the game

Got my Dark Souls CE in today. It was listed as "Like New", but it didn't come with the slipcover, the case was beaten up, and some pages were torn in the art book. Pretty disappointed, to be honest, but for $8 I guess I can live with it.

Yeah, I'm just not feeling it sadly. The combat just feels clunky and old school but not in the good way. Simple things like trying to move up and down to get on the same plane as enemies so I can hit them is a chore and usually ends up with me accidentally performing an uppercut or slide attack and missing the enemy entirely.

Amazon hasn't posted a TIV yet which is irritating but GS is giving $21 base at the moment so if that at least holds until next week it will be $33.60 with PUR and the 50% coupon. Should have used the $10 Amazon credit from that trade in promo towards something else but at least that will only be a $1.50 loss so I'm gonna take it while I can. I see the TIV on this one plummeting since there seems to be a sizable chunk who bought it at launch already looking to dump it.

well I have been eyeing that razer sabertooth controller yesterday it was 59. Then just 20 mins ago it was 50, so after going to best buy to buy the amazon gift card with my credit there.. Then I apply it and its missing from the awd.. I hope this is just awd playing a trick on us again.. That was a good deal and I wanted to try it.. Hopefully it comes back up later.

Ah, well if you don't trade/shop there than you're probably not going to get quite that much. The PUR (Power Up Rewards) gets you an extra 10% but costs $15 a year (which is worth it if you're taking advantage of their better offers) and to get the 50% bonus you have to have a coupon from shopping/trading there the last few weeks.

If you don't have either the current promo still gives $29.XX through Sunday without PUR or the coupon. Just walk in and ask them how much you can get for it, if you don't like it they give it back to you. Those prices are store credit only FYI, to get cash it's like 60% of the base value ($21) and you don't get the 30% bonus that's going on this week. Now if you take store credit though you can buy a Kindle card if you don't want to shop at GS for anything which is just a normal Amazon gift card and they all sell them.

Don't use too much. A Reddit member I trade with told me that it can warp the plastic if you use too much.

Also, lighter fluid is a decent alternative to Goo Gone if you happen to already have some handy.
