Mcdonalds is giving free samples of their food and coffee on wednesdays. i think time and samples vary from place to place, but the one by my house is wednesday 6am-10am.

Campbell's is giving out free tomato seeds.

NOTE: Growing tomatos from seeds requires a lot of patience and a good bit of a green thumb. If you plant them outside, chances are slim they'll grow. There's a reason pretty much everyone buys the plants themselves and not the seeds.
 
That's a lie, tomatoes are easy to grow and will come up if you just throw the seeds on the ground.

The reason why everyone buys the plants is because it takes 70-80+ days for the tomato plant to mature to have fruit, unless they are cherry tomatoes, and another 2-4 weeks on top of that to get the seeds to germinate. people want tomatoes before frost so they buy them already a good size.

as a constant gardener (no reference to the movie) i can tell you tomatoes aren't that hard to grow, however.. keeping the bugs and animals out is a major pain..
