"Hey i work for a certain printing company and i believe you can use an 8pt gloss paper. that works great! its about as thick as the original insert"
Another option comes from The Game:
"For the DS cases, I use regular matte photo paper. You can get it anywhere. I've found that the glossy sometimes makes the colors too bright (Link's Awakening came out almost yellow.).
For the Universal cases, I got somephoto matte legal paper. Harder to get, I had to order it from Epson's website. It seems kind of thin, but it comes out beautifully."
