It's not bad, it's deserved. Much better studios have been shuttered already this year. fuck NT and their mediocre at best titles.

It's a mediocre game, for sure, but it was functional enough that I thought NT could go places from there as a developer. Like, alright, we know they can make a game. As opposed to Heavenly Sword which really was just a tech demo.

But now with DmC, I'm pretty sure they're just trolls wasting other people's money.

He wasn't in the greatest of shape, but he wasn't like grossly overweight either. Hell up until my ankle injury I walked about 4 miles every workday since I walk to work (minimum of 4 times a week, sometimes more because I usually pick up shifts whenever possible) and I've still had trouble keeping in shape.
