I have the Zelda bundle pre-ordered at gamestop, wonder if that will get the Oracle of Seasons DLC, I know the game offers it. Hope so, then I can just pre-order the game at BB.

 
The Zelda 3DS XL Bundle is now longer showing for me when I click through the offer link on the BestBuy page (Legend of Zelda Offer 114076).

I asked at Gamestop if the bundle comes with the Seasons code, the employee said that only the game does. Take that for what it's worth :/

The bundle should come with Seasons as well. If not, ask for a manager to give you a backup code. (And for god's sake, do the survey for them if they do!)

 
Is the Oracles download offer available to everyone, or just Gamers Club members? I'm not a GC member and have the Zelda bundle preordered and paid for through BBY.

I preordered mine at GS and didn't hear anything about a code? Do I get it when I pick up the unit? I own both Oracle games on cart so it doesn't really matter, just curious.

 
If I need to re-pre-order... I just let my original one expire as I wont go pick that one up.  They won't charge your CC until you go pick it up.

 
I don't think anyone knows for sure until the day happens, but I sincerely doubt it.

I have always been charged prior to pickup. Hell, I'm still waiting on a refund from an in store pickup order that I cancelled about a week ago.

 
Usually the corporate mods there are responsive. Also, even though my situation is simple (I don't have any certificates or such tied with my pre order), it'd still be clumsy of them not to include previous pre orders.

Hmmm the post was onlly about the game and not the bundle....can someone post there asking if it's the bundle too?

 
I'm actually about to cancel my XL preorder. I thought I would flip it if I didn't keep it, but it seems like there's quite a few of these available so it will most likely end up like the X/Y XL. I'll order the game through them though - even though I already own Ages.

Limited edition 3DS XL become desirable over time. PIkachu 3DS we getting flipped for $250, then for $300. Now during the holiday season they are reaching $500, which is ridiculous.

Pikachu was super limited though. No preorders (I don't think you could anyways?) and they were gone in-stores within minutes of opening. This XL has been up for preorder for weeks now and stock hasn't run out yet. I own a Pikachu XL by the way.

If you are deciding between X1 and Zelda 3DS XL the choice is pretty easy, grab the Zelda 3DS XL. You can always pick up a used X1 in the spring. Even if you are unhappy with 3DS XL bundle you can recoup your money back pretty easily. Just my two cents.

My problem with Zelda 3DS XL is that I abhor gold colored electronics. So, this one is a no go for me.

I also had to put off getting a next gen system to get this damn thing lol. Oh well, the only game I 'really' want to play is AC IV and I disliked III so much that I've not finished it yet, so I can't play IV right now anyway!

Unless I'm reading it wrong, now that link doesn't say anything about the bonus applying to the system/bundle, which is great because I just got my gamestop preorder refunded. Mildly annoying.

Yeah the official forum post did seem to be just for the game.

I did take pic of old page too stating that it was for game or bundle.  Just in case because I know BB haha.

Dang, I'm really starting to rethink this pre-order. I'm looking to replace my launch-day red 3DS XL and sell it on eBay, but I'm worried values are going to really tank by then (what with Black Fridays deals and whatnot).

 
does best buy charge your card for the pre-order immediately, or not until it ships?

Like shipwreck, i use a "fun account" that these type of purchases are drawn from, and it's a little dry due to PS4 spending.

I use a credit card (not debit), and an authorization shows up. No funds are taken out, and there no full on 'charge'. The authorization hangs around for a few days then it disappears. This happened with my 3DS XL pre order a year ago and has happened with game and system pre orders so far with them.

Best Buy will authorize your card about once a week until it ships. This means that they will not be taking the money out, but it will be tied up all the same.

Yeah this sucks, also these places not having same-day release date delivery. Friday releases aren't fun for online shoppers.

This company couldn't, possibly, get any dumber. It's like they jumped into the ocean with an inflatable vest and, purposely, popped it. If they would have said nothing from the get go, people wouldn't be iffy about these bundles, now. If Amazon gets this bundle, my Best Buy order might be getting cancelled.
