The dell is a good deal. It is used though. I also prefer Nvidia cards only because of folding@home (google if you're interested)
I made my own configuration at Cyberpower which I think is better more balanced, only $8 more:

I want to get the gog.com copy because I like to support what DRM free, but I also like the convenience of automatic patching from Steam......
Decisions decisions...
That's because what you're asking is so simple. You want a cheap keyboard, speaker and monitor. With "cheap" being your only requirement, you can walk into any Walmart or Target and find what you need.
And in the time you're going to spend replying to my post, you could have gone to newegg.com...
Here is a $2000 build that would be better than what you picked:

What's RDR?
I am playing it, it is still fun. I think not paying attention to the changes they've been doing on the consoles is the reason I am not upset.
About BF:BC 2 what do you mean by "lag behind"?
But even before you answer that I think I can already nullify that statement. I've played the PC version for over 30 hours now and nothing beats controlling an FPS with a mouse and keyboard, dedicated servers (no killcam, admins that enforce...
