Picked up LEGO Marvel + DLC (with Steam bucks)... I think this is the first game I've bought in, like, a year?

If I buy Batman Origins ($7.49) and the Season Pass ($4.99), will I own all of the skins and singleplayer stuff? $12.48 for everything?

Okay, I went ten pages back and nobody is saying anything about Payday 2. Is it worth it? If I get it, should I get the DLC? (Have played a couple of hours and it seems interesting enough, but I could see it getting ridiculously repetitive?)
