Just FYI, activision has stopped development on the Guitar Hero franchise. I'd recommend grabbing Rick Band 3 which is only $20 now and has 1000's of songs available to purchase online and gets more every week. Just a better investment and no, I don't work for Harmonix :)

Got my $98 kinect today. The package was opened but the unit looked good. And kinect adventures was unopened. Haven't plugged it in yet so we will see. Looks good so far!
