I'm guessing if you have one that is past the 3 year warranty you're screwed and have to pay the $100 to get it repaired. I have another 360 in my house that is still under warranty what are the odds that they would check the serial number before fixing it?

I picked up a new copy at walmart for $25.59 last night. I'm guessing this was to match CC across the street and then some, but it's worth a shot even if you don't have a CC near you.

I heard something about it being $19.99 at Best Buy, but after checking all the BBs in the area they were all marked $39.99. I'm just trying to find one at or around $29.99.

The only thing that is currently known about the SE DMC3 is that you can play as Vergil, and he has a seperate story for him.

I was also wondering this same thing. Although you may want to hold out for the special edition of DMC3, which was announced at TGS2005 (should arrive in the U.S end of 2005/early 2006)
