My 3DS got accepted today. $122 + $50 Vita Promotional Credit. Win. I was getting worried after reading all the rejections here.

Something is telling me the new consoles will probably have high MSRPs and copy the "subsidization model" from mobile phones. $299 + 24 Months Xbox live contract. yuck.

Except HP has promised updates, even if they do not live up to their promise Cyanongenmod will make the TouchPad a far superior device. Why does the HTC HD2 have a stable resale value on eBay? It comes with WinMo 6.5, it has no more support from Microsoft or HTC... but because of its developer...

Why should the hoarders be afraid? The TouchPad is a better device than the Kindle Fire. The TouchPad was made to be a premium device, the Kindle Fire was made to be a budget device to sell Amazon content. No contest.

In 6-12 months they have to release a better version to stay competitive.

I'm sure they'll make you exchange the console if you want a pricematch.
