Depends what you bought to get the credit. It lets you know in an email when they put it in your account. For example: When I got RDR they sent me an email that they added the $20 credit and that it expires Aug. 31st.

Just a FYI for those that are talking about the games: It MAY be on one disc. Its one case (as shown in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzK2hYYfdlc), just the front shows one game while the back shows the other. Trade in value may be garbage with it packaged like that.
