My biggest problem with the digital version of these games is that I can't let my kids borrow them to play on their own 3DS systems.  Plus, until Nintendo moves out of the stone age with regard to digital purchases (and stops tying purchases to hardware), I plan on sticking to physical media only.

Middlemen have always been a scourge on society, what's new? It just sucks that I'm forced to pay out the nose for RB instruments on Amazon/Ebay because some no-life "flipper" beats me to the sale, buys up all the stock, and marks up the price...all while providing no extra value whatsoever.
