There's a huge difference betwen an "express version" a a full Enterprise Architect version. Granted, I'm selling VS 6, but a lot of VB coders have not moved to VB.Net because it is such a different language than VB6.

I went to a local EB on Friday. Armed and Dangerous was stickered at $9.99. I had them scan it just to be sure - same price. I went (literally) across the street to Gamestop and they had it for $4.99. Needless to say, I went ahead a bought it. You'd think all the stores would be "synched" up by now.

I doubt you'll be able to build a true future-proof "hard core" system for that much, unless you're not including a monitor in that amount.

I got it for $15 used at a local video rental place a few months ago.

I went to my local BB in Louisville at lunch yesterday and they said they weren't having a VG clearance right but wouldbe in a week or two. Wierd.

There's a locally owned video rental place where I live that does it for $1 per disc for "members" and $3 per disc for non-members. Pretty good deal. I've had pretty good luck with DiscDoctor (GameDoctor, DVDDoctor, etc.) on some of my discs if you're not bothered by the swirls it leaves behind.
