The 3DS is getting excellent games since August of last year, and it just keeps getting better. With the Vita? I'd be surprised if someone can name one game (aside from Gravity Daze, which looks cool) that rivals the best stuff the 3DS has to offer.

It's true. Wanna play a good "RC" type game? Try Reckless Racing for iOS. Motorstorm cars feel stiff as hell, and the driving is plain bad. Not to mention that the game is ugly looking, bland music, bland presentation, etc. For free it may be alright for some.

The game is awful though. Horrible, horrible controls and physics.

AFAIK, those black "scratches" are common with OLED displays. Most, if not all Vitas, have the marks. I got 2, and my Vita is brand new.
