Just pick the CC option and it'll give you the choice if you want to use your account credit. I've done it plenty of times.

If GTA SA isn't compatible with your device, you won't see it on the app store. You can do it on the website though with no problem. 

Thanks for this. I have some amazon appstore credit that I was going to use on GTA yesterday, glad I waited. BTW is there any way to check how much credit I have on different parts of amazon? I used to know but now I can't find it.

Received G $4.XX Scribblenauts and G $19.XX New Super Mario Bros 2 today. Scribblenauts came in good condition but it's missing the cover art, and NSMB2 came complete and even had the Club Nintendo code unused. Pretty happy.

Pretty sure that's only the Vita edition. The PS3 one has both games on the disc.
