The full DoW franchise pack was a deal in the summer sale yes. A lot of those bigger packs only show up on the big sales. Unless THQ completely goes out of business or something then it's highly likely to return in the winter sale.

Probably with the IGN discount which most people no longer have since GG abrubtly yanked it. I think there's a couple stragglers who haven't had the plug pulled yet but it should be soon. I think those sort of deals from GG will be dried up from now on.

Because it's EA and they are forcing people to have to get the DLC from them only, hence the whole reason ME3 and some other EA games are not on Steam. ME2 was grandfathered in before Steam changed their TOS.

Yes it's Steamworks so the PC version requires Steam no matter where you get it from, even box retail.

I'm going back and forth on it but the fact that it will almost certainly hit 75% off at some point, that there's another big sale coming up next month and that there's a second game in the series that isn't even on sale at all right now is making me lean toward waiting.
