Yes, that and managing child permissions. I haven't been able to pull the trigger on 3DS eShop purchases since we have 4 systems in my house; not being able to play the games on more than one system doesn't work for us.

I don't have a lead on any current stock in the area, but it appears at least 2 Targets (Redmond, Issaquah) had some stock Tuesday and Wednesday. I've called around a few other Targets but it seems like not all were restocked at the same time so we might see those stores get theirs soon.
