This has been said twenty times already in this thread: The $20 credit code won't be sent until the game ships....just as your credit card won't be charged then. The TV code is different and in addition to the $20 credit.

I wasn't aware there was a restriction on the use of the term HDTV? What's your source for this? I'm under the impression it's a generic term for a variety of standards. I see know reason why a TV capable of only one HDTV signal isn't an HDTV. But maybe you can point me in the right direction...

Is it me or is the 360 almost unplayable on standard def tvs. I bought dead rising which plays like crap in standard def. Graphics wise its okay but the text is unreadable. Rainbow Six: Vegas, which has to be my favorite game, is totally unplayable on my 27" regular tv. I effectively can't see...

I know, I don't get this. EB has used blank DS cases with an EB insert as well as a jewel case to resell these. Im just wondering who the moron is who throws away the ds case in the first place. I'll never buy an incomplete game from them again though.
