My local BlockBusters have been getting more adamant about putting the trade-in credit on my account versus putting it on a Value Card. They don't like their money walking away to another store.

Spoke too soon. I did find an EB/GS that had exactly two PS3 copies of The Darkness; bought both for $35.08; traded in for $72. 105.2% return...not bad :) Couldn't find a used copy of Gears Of War, but I did pick up 8 movies for $40 credit ($20 cash, $2.50 per movie).

It's a lot harder to find the PS3 version in my neck of the woods. The used game selection for X360 games at my local EB/GS is at least 10x bigger than the used PS3 game selection.
