Have you read this thread ? I have encountered this residue problem myself with Hori screen protector. But many people said that they've never seen any problem with it. But please note that I bought mine since the DSL launch time, so it is possible that I might get the defective one.

I have it and like it. Gameplay is decent but the graphic is very beautiful (for the Ds). One bad thing of it is its having-to-use-the-touchscreen-to-change-the-weapon.:lol: By the way, have you ever seen the trailer of its sequel ? It looks even better.
