You honestly think there is going to be any LPT? I went to the Union City and Fremont stores. Both stores opened recently and there isn't much left. When I got to the Fremont store some guy was checking out about 20 games. There might still be some Cabelas Deer Hunt 2004 and a few other games.

Went to the Tri County Store in the Cincinnati area with the most recent list over my lunch break and found two copies of Fur Fighters (PS2). One was marked and scanned at $1.99 while the other scanned at $1.99. The cashier just voided the second scan and scanned the $1.99 copy twice without any issues. I did not see any of the other listed games at that location.

If you don't go: Zero.

I have checked 3 CCs, and haven't left empty handed yet, but I only find about 3 games per store that actually ring up for $1.99, so if CC is out of the way, and you are only looking for one specific game, I'd say don't bother. If CC isn't too far, and you'd be happy with just about anything for $2, go for it.

Highly unlikely except for ps1 games, every store has some double packs lying around, a good deal 2 ps1 games for 2 bucks.

Arg, damn it...I went and frikkin Silpheed scanned for $9.99. Bleh. I don't remember what Project Eden scanned at, but it was a lot more than $1.99. Arrrrggg.

By the way, a friend is looking for La Pucelle. I told him not to get his hopes up, but if anyone has or can get a copy, then PM me. He says he'll entertain reasonable offers.

I, personally, am looking for Blood Omen 2 (PS2), Beyond Good & Evil (GCN), Colony Wars III (PSX), Blaster Master (PSX), I-Ninja (PS2), Aqua Aqua (PS2), and Bombastic(PS2). PM if you can assist on any of those. I'll pay cash, make an offer.

The main one that I really want is Beyond Good & Evil. It shouldn't be that hard to find, so if you can assist, send a PM my way. Again, I'll pay cash, so make an offer. Also, my CC has a few things, like Project Eden and others, that I could possibly get, if you're interested.

yeah... i just went down to CC it's about 45 miles away from me... yeah i should of read the last thread because the games i picked out were just a bit more than $1.99. well i think i learned a lesson here. to uh... try to get the deals the same day except i didn't see it until today, damm.

There were new "value" price stickers on some of them..Project Eden, Whirl Tour, plus some others...scanned out $14.99

I found Beyond Good and Evil, I-Ninja, Morrowind, and L.P. Tactics.

Ugh, my cheapness is getting the best of me and I'm about to head out to the closest CC, which is about 45 minutes from me.

I asked yesterday, and I didn't get a response, so I'm going to ask again: Have any CAGs hit the Pearland or Sugarland, TX CCs? I'm going to probably check out both of them in a little while, and someone could really help me out by telling me if it's going to be worth the trip. Thanks!

dang it, my friend got shot down at a CC. He got sent to customer service after the guy at the register didn't think the prices were right. The people there called the general manager and he wouldn't sell them to him because he claimed the prices had downloaded wrong into the system. As he was leaving, he overheard somebody say, "I thought we were supposed to take these games off the shelves." I'm going to try my luck at another cc after I get out of work...

if anyone is having trouble with the stickers have the scan the original upc on the top(ps2) Idk if xbox does that too but i know the GC games don't have it.



However I did that with 18 wheeler and whirl tour but it came up as not in system so YMMV

I did try that but than the computer said the item is not in their system or somehting. The weird thing was that it worked earlier in the morining...
 
Was Beyond Good & Evil (GC) ever in the original $5 sale? I want to go back and look, but a cop parks outside the CC near me and watches the lot.

A few months ago, a guy robbed the store, ran out with a handful of games and was shot to death by a gang of cops at the adjacent intersection (this is not a joke).

Even I wouldn't tempt death for a $1.99 game with a trigger-happy cop...

The ones near me never have anyhting really onsale, but my boyfriend needed coffee so we stopped there. Complete waste of my time like always. I really hate CC, even more than BB now.

The didn't have any $2 games, and still the old shit no one wants that are "onsale" for $15-$20. They didn't have the $18 box set DVDs either. I really hate them.

Be sure to avoid any games w/a value sticker on them. THEY WON'T WORK.

Don't bother, CC sent out an email to all their associates telling themm to adjust price to the advertised price (ie on box). I had a bunch of frogger in my hands and they wouldn't sell them to me for the computer price. I wasted a good 20mins searching their crappy store for those games.

I did get 4 powerdromes yesterday, and traded them to GR today.
