Was going to buy a box of Rice Krispie Treat cereal a few days ago but couldn't remember if I liked them or not. Might go get some.

I love those walmart cookies that are two chocolate chip cookies with oreo cream filliing betwen them.

One week since I sent in my package to Amazon for trade-in and still no word.

I secretly buy Coconut Wave from Wal-Mart. It's blue, looks like fucking windex and I have to go into a wal-mart to buy it. So embarrassing but it's fantastic with rum.

I have been listening to the TWiT podcasts for years now...and just NOW made the connection that it was the abbreviation of "This Week in Tech."

Seriously, the two have even been used together! How did I never make the connection before?

Don't spend your 20's drinking, kids.

Tell me about it. My verbal score on the SATs were great but now I'm starting to have a hard time spelling simple words. You should see the spell check on my work emails/memos - red lines everywhere!

Died in Dark Souls again then decided to spill water all over my controller. Looks like I am done playing for today. I'll check tomorrow to see if my controller is dead or not after it dries out.

I hope my system is one of the lucky ones/a patch is out by the time my copy of Rage arrives tomorrow. Be a little ticked to have it arrive broken as fuck.
Those of you who use redbox for games, can you check and see if Rage for 360 is listed?
It's not. I wanted to rent it too.
I'm glad that this string of 50 degree/rainy days has ended so we can get some more days in the 70s before fall/winter sets in.
fuck yes. Today is the first day its been nothing but sunny sky since August.

This could be interesting. Have to make $50 last until next Friday and I have a feeling my dad will ask for gas too before I get paid. I knew he said these two weeks were going to be tight, but holy hell.

Here's hoping that A) Nothing goes on sale next week that I really want B) nobody eats the lunches I just bought for when I work. I had 1 before today and somebody had to freaking eat it, which sucks as it looks like after I get paid, I may have to grocery shop on my day off instead of after work (I normally close every night except one which sucks as far as when I can grocery shop and stuff goes).

Lame sob story:

I can't stop thinking about one of the biggest regrets of my life from the wedding I went to this past Saturday. I met an awesome girl and danced with her for a couple hours. We went back to a room party, in the hotel the reception was at, and when I left for a about 20 minutes she was gone when I got back. I never got her number or anything.

I am highly disappointed in myself.

Network through your friends to find out who she was.
I dated through two of my wife's friends to get to her, you never know where things will lead.

I know she is friends with the bride and also lives in Chicago (where most everyone was from). I'm an idiot for not making a serious move, especially on the dance floor. I will ask my friend if he ever sees her around town.
Voted for your kid's team 83.
Thanks!!! Greatly appreciated!

Good Luck! I'm sure you'll make it.

At least the good thing he is, he claims that he'll be paying me back when he gets paid next week, so that is an extra $300 that'll be in my pocket ($150 of that was from almost a year ago). Still...
Brilliant. Also, there is a 99% probability that is what I looked like.
.... but he's not a ginger and he doesn't have a mullet?

Morning, OTT.

Getting nervous...however, there is nothing better than a Game 5 in terms of excitement (except for maybe a Game 7 in Hockey...but that's hockey so it really doesn't count)

Oh, and I'd like to give a shout out to my main man and paisan Christopher Columbus for without whom there would be no 3 day weekend in October. (Or 4 day, in my case.)

Oh, and Christianity in the new world.

/salute

I used to get in trouble in grade school when we'd have to do things for Columbus Day (like writing essays and such) and I took a...negative tone. Every year my mom was called into the school, and she was more negative than I was.

Most of my friends and myself all worked on Reel Steel that is coming out tomorrow. It still doesnt prevent me for thinking the movie looks god fucking awful. It didnt feel asretarded while working on it.

Also, by the way....for all of you that wanted to know what I looked like...you can go see Ides of March with George Clooney. I am in a couple scenes but more importantly my footage ia being used in the movie.

Again, I probably wont see that movie either even though I worked on it.

While I'm not exactly positive, I am REALLY hoping the Cardinals can pull this off.

well, I mean, your ancestors were definitely here first, and they definitely got a raw deal, so um, could anyone really blame you?

That was basically it. When I wrote that his wonderous discovery led to the genocide of the indigenous people, I was told it was unacceptable and would have to re-write my report. I refused. They called my mother in for a meeting and she backed me up. I ended up not having to re-write the report.

I feel kind of vindicated now, to be truthful.
