Foltzie contacted me, and he's still in for the season. However, I'm already packed up for my move, so I can't play until at least next Wednesday. Will this be okay? If you need me to use a bye, I can!
 
Does anyone have the link to the first tournament? I want to see the results again. It seems like a history lesson to me.

WOW Just got done with my match and I gotta say I did terrible fell too many times but good games Suko, especially good with Marth. Hope I get a rematch in the finals.

There was a decent bit of lag and it showed when eliter1 killed himself once in the first and third match, and I think two times in the second match. Had that not happened, the scores would be different. It helped me in that ROB is a lag friendly character and TL's and Pit's recovery can be tricky in a laggy enviorment. Eliter played very well considering what happened, and I wish him the best of luck the rest of the season!

I'm going to vote tomorrow. Some players I haven't fought before for awhile so I can't tell everyone strength. I will do my best though.

With your training, my pikachu could easily evolve into a spamchu. Look at hero's spit :). Seriously though, today's lag was ridiculous. Hero should've beaten me, but 3 stock...come on :cool:

I think that round wasn't affected by lag. You were bouncing around like a pinball. It was rofl. I was like wow....There is no way that hero101 could 3 stock in a laggy environment. He would be missing most of the time. :lol:

Tim, sorry about quitting on games 2 & 3. Game 2 b/c Rainbow Cruise is banned and Game 3 b/c a Smash Ball popped up. Even though it came up again in Game 4, I chose to ignore the Smash Ball.

I really wanted more matches with you. I apologize for the Spamchu but I wanted to see how good and responsive (quick attack) he was in competitive play. If you would like to re-do Game 2, I do not mind. Were you experiencing any connection issues in Game 2 b/c you didn't play at the same level.

Anyways, good luck with the rest of the season!

Other than that, great matches Daisy! The things I liked most? 1) Our trip dance in the first match and 2) my Up-B kill in the second. I'll teach you to throw that boomerang.

Joe, I actually chuckled a lot while watching those matches.

We play each other so often that I was able to predict most of your moves, especially the utilt kill, the bair kill, and those spikey thing kills (they always seem to come out at the right time). I was surprised, though, you didn't spam your dreamland army in the first game. Good job on gimping Link's recoveries by edgeguarding.

Anyways, GGs to both.

everyone hates the smash ball it's such a cheap item... stupid sonic ruined it all :( for us

You should just stick with the EVO tournament rules they were pretty fair :D

noone better pull johns cause i hate it when people do..
 
Is this season thread that popular on the internet b/c it seems like CAG newbies are discovering it?

Like Arikado said, don't expect any new tournament/season threads to pop up anytime soon on CAG. This is a long-term event. Read the OP.
 
Foo and I will be fighting in our match today, I'm expecting to go 0-8 for the whole tournament but I just wanted to participate for fun. :D
