Best part about the Lions/Browns playing an awesome game is that nobody in Detroit saw it because of the home blackout, and nobody saw it live because it's the fucking Lions.
Ah yes, another classic Cutler finish...:wall:
It was probably the only watchable game for anyone in Ohio in about two years.
It was probably the only watchable game for anyone in Ohio in about two years.
Whoa, I didn't know Ohio got rid of Cincinnati!
Last I checked, their record wasn't good enough to make the playoffs last year! I hate the Patriots but mostly because I'm just sick of them winning all the time and their head coach is unlikable in just about every way other than the fact he is mostly brilliant football-wise. I used to give him a pass because he was the defensive coordinator for my favorite Super Bowl champion team once upon a time but now I just think he is a douchebag bully. I still watch them Pats every time they are on because they are damn good and I love football.
You know what I mean, they had a good enough record to make the playoffs but not good enough in their division. They were 11-5. They would've made it in 2 of the other 3 divisions. This year they are more like a 9-1 team so far due to Brady being rusty in the earlier games this season, they're really improving. Next Monday Saints!

My Thanksgiving has started off well, as the Packers top their win total from last year and remain the front-runners for a wild card spot.

Now, onward to turkey!
If I were a Texans fan I'd be outraged by that game changing PI call. There was nothing on that play.
Yeah, it sucks because I badly want to see the Colts lose (since I'm from Indiana and use to hate the Colts with a passion). I'm at least glad the Ravens beat the Steelers in OT. I just hope we still make the playoffs.

You are dead to me.
You are dead to me.
Sorry, but I was an IL sports team fan (Bears are still my favorite NFC team, Steelers use to be my favorite AFC team, now its the Ravens). ;) :p Makes more sense for me to hate them now since they left B'more at midnight in the early 1980's to move to Indy. I hate the Pacers even more though.

What has Indiana ever done to you?!?

j/k :p

Packers are my team and I hate the Bears! We can't be friends anymore!!!!!!!

Madden Curse only lasts for that Season. This Season...seems that it's affected the Steelers more than the Cardinals.

HUGE 2 weeks for the Niners.

Must win vs Seahawks.

Vikings have to beat the Cardinals Sunday night.

So if the 49ers win next week, (6-6) vs (a Cardinals loss vs Vikings) 7-5.

Division title would be up for grabs.

Biggest game in the Bay Area since......2003?

Don't worry, the Vikings should pummel the Cardinals!

I really hope that the Patriots take home the win tonight. Then the Vikings will be tied for 1st in the NFC.

Their teams had horrible bedding.

FG doesn't do anything for them at this point. Might've gone for it if they hadn't missed the FG earlier but whether you're trailing by 11 or 14 its still a 2 score game.

Corner has been their weakness for a couple years now, they've got a couple kids with the potential to be above average but its still just potential. They're set at safety at least with Meriweather and McGowan.

It takes time to completely overhaul the defense, going from the Harrison/Bruschi/Vrabel/Samuel/Seymour group to a bunch of kids like Mayo, Meriweather, Butler, Wilhite, etc.

Unbelievable. My season is OVER. I played the worst two teams in the league the past 2 weeks and both teams has their best weeks of the season against me. God dammit.

I'd rather be down by a FG and a TD (and 2 point conversion) than 2 TDs.

I'd go for the 7 knowing that my defense can't stop the other team or even hold them to 3.

Their whole offensive gameplan went out the window when their defense couldn't go 2 plays without giving up a TD. They were going with a balanced attack, long drives, high time of possession, etc and it was working for them. Can't burn that much clock when you're down like that though.
One good thing about this game is that my ignore list just got a few people added to it.
:-({|=

I'll say this though, the Saints are 10 times better than Indy is. Indy has seemed fraudulent to me all season, the Saints are legit.

1 road win for the Pats this year, and the 1 was in London. They're just too young on defense.

Once Charlie Weis comes back it'll free up BB to work with some of these guys, they don't actually have an offensive coordinator right now.

Holy shit!!!! A sack on the last play of the game for 2 points and I win 106.46 to 105.56!!! I can't believe it!!! It feel like the Giants just beat the Pats to win the Super Bowl or something!!! Woo hoo!!!

I'm a little conflicted, I can't tell if I feel like I've lost 4 in a row after going 5-0, or if I feel like I've snapped another team's 4 game losing streak. Oh well, at least I don't feel like I'm a couple games out of the wild card race.

Hmmm... a shot at the Giants... That's OK. It doesn't matter what they do in the middle of some random season. I will always have the 2007 Super Bowl and the beat down of the dirty Patriots to look back on with fond memories. ALWAYS. ;)

Always. Shit all over that "perfect" season.

That was awesome watching the Raiders beat the Steelers! Easily my most hated team in the NFL--no top of every win being sweet given how few and far between they've been from 2002 on. :D
Redskins are finding ways to blow this game, geesh.
I should know by now never to trust the Redskins with a lead :/

Brees was making me nervous and then ended up with 22 fantasy points. Kicking myself for not starting Ward and Holmes though 33 points wasting on the bench.

Good job Colts keep on rolling.

Alex Smith each and every week can only have 1 good half be it the first or the second. The Niners get the ball back with 51 seconds he misses a wide open receiver on an out pattern on 2nd and 3. Then on 3rd down he throws a horrible pass when Davis was open over the middle. All they needed was a first down and they could have taken their chances in OT. Horrible. And who calls these stupid reverses on punts? I am just disgusted.

Did Fox turn off the Redskins/Saints game for anyone else? As soon as they missed the field goal at ~2 minutes left, somebody came on screen to say they were going to switch to the next game and then an infomercial came on for the rest of the hour.

Maybe it's just the continuation of the NFL's shitty TV scheduling/blackout policies, but I'm wondering if anybody was screwed out of watching the rest of the game. I hate it when Fox and CBS aren't at least showing some game during the 1 PM and 4 PM time slots.

They dropped it to move to Dallas/NY for me, yeah.

But I'm on the Columbus, OH system, so it may have simply been the same as yours.

Someone on the SI live game blog was talking about the game getting cut off. I didn't have it on at the time so I don't know if it happened here.
I should know by now never to trust the Redskins with a lead :/
People laugh at the Redskins at work.

Anyway, Go Ravens, really want them to beat the Packers tomorrow. I'll probably have my Ravens shirt and hat on.

Sean Suisham better hire 20 body guards, because he is not safe. He's also gone at the end of the year because he can't kick. He's single-handedly cost the team 4 wins this year.
