F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Great deal!

Not as good as yours, but I just got Arkham City PS3 for $41.99. It was "Used - Very Good." The description just said "Missing shrink-wrap." That's all. Nothing about missing codes. I hope that means that the Catwoman code was included. If not, I'll talk to Amazon and hopefully work something out.

So frustrating trying to beat this on the hardest difficulty (gave up at the Radec fight). Not a great deal considering how old it is but funny how old games have a pricing floor.
Bioshock 2 (PS3) 7.49 Like New
Seems funny that this game has been hovering around the ~$10 price point (starting a few months from release to now). Is it not that good?
Sengoku Basara Samurai Heroes PS3 is $10.33 at Amazon
Thanks, just ordered 1 to try out. Love those hack n slash type games that you can jump right in and just button mash. For the cost of a lunch (or two) I am sure to get many hours of entertainment out of this.

Two words for you, flamethrower and pistol lol. When you hit him with the flamethrower he stays on fire and you can see where he is even after he turns invisible so you can just spam some pistol shots to his head Plus with the fire doing continuous damage its more of a simple fight. But before I found this out I agree he is a cheap little bitch lol

its very good, but dropped in price pretty quickly(actually im not even sure if it did drop very fast, cant remember it came out February 9, 2010 so its pretty old). sequel to a game that imo wasnt as good as the first, but was still very good. the multiplayer is crap, so that hurts the lasting appeal, and it just doesnt have the demand anymore. but i dont think it hit the $10 point quite as fast as your saying it did.

if you havent played it, id say its a great pick up, and a steal at less then $10

Bioshock is a cult classic. Sequels to cult classics usually don't retain their 60 dollar price point. To make an assumption, most people probably didn't buy bioshock at full price, so why would they buy the sequel at full price, that was my thinking at least.

Bioshock 2 is fine for that price I just finished it the other night. For me it lands in the Fallout: New Vegas arena, where they used a lot of the same assets and gameplay, but just hung an inferior story on it. Definitely more-of-the-same. I did think the endgame was pretty good, though.

I Thought the ending in Bioshock 2 was MUCH better then Bioshock 1. The last two hours or so of the game were great, from the change in perspective to having new level 3 tonics to use. That and the Little Sisters looked alot less creepy in the second game so it didn't make me want to kill them out of terror. It lacks any of the real surprise in atmosphere compared to the first game and does kinda feel like an a big giant expansion, but Bioshock 2 is still fun.

You are so evil. I kept my little sisters alive. My ending was better :)

HEY! HEY! HEY! I Let them all live in Bioshock 2 along with everyone else and got the crazy good ending. It's just in Bioshock 1 they looked like the Fry Kids from McDonalds were growing arms and legs and becoming sentient beings. So you see I had no choice, but to kill them...

...

Because they were really fucking creepy looking.

I could not get into bioshock when It came out for the ps3. I don't know of it was the controls feeling weird with the ps3 controler (prefer shooters on the 360 but I didn't have one at the time) or the game just didn't grab me. Mabye I should try it again someday

You do know they sell PS3 controllers with the left stick/D-pad inverted to give them that 360 feeling, right?

I'm like many, in that I loved the original Bioshock(played and beat it in around 2 sittings), but when the sequel came out I tried it a bit and went 'meh'.

Yea I know those controlers are out there but at the time bioshock ps3 came out (2008 was it ?) I don't think they existed. Now that I have a 360 3 years later I could just get that version if I want to give it another chance

Those Rocketfish controllers from BB were decent for $10 each when they clearanced them out. The PS button would stick or not work 100% of the time, the L2/R2 triggers were loose/weaker than the Dual Shock 3's and the battery life per charge definitely left something to be desired. But aside from those three things they were one of the better after market third party controllers out there.
^This. If you havent played ME1, you are missing out by not having that DLC. Plus, I'm all for giving Bioware money.
Yeah too bad. Honestly though I don't have time for it all anyway, better to just jump into the action then f around with an internet comic and some dopey skins.

Ironically I thought the gameplay was better in the original bioshock, in BS2 there was too much shit jumping around for my liking and the rivet gun just felt weak. It should have been more like the demo - setting up room after room full of plasmid traps for the splicers, there was only a little of that in BS2 and the game was the poorer for it.

The Minera DLC is great - that's the sequel I wanted to play. Also the multiplayer was pretty fun.

My $41.99 Arkham City PS3 order was canceled because it wasn't actually in stock. I emailed Amazon, and they let me buy a new one for $41.99. I was disappointed about the canceled order at first, but not anymore!
Nice find. You make me feel bad for spending $60 at BBY.
aaaand shipped. :) curious if the codes will work.

any ideas why it was so cheap from AWD? i feel like one of their copies got damaged in shipment or something lol

Damaged in shipment indeed.

good enough for me, so odds are the codes will work for the game then, right?

$28.99 - Like New

Damn, that is an awesome price, but in Like New condition, there is still a chance that there is no Fruit Ninja code in the case. I deliberatly held off of buying Fruit Ninja on the marketplace to get it with Gunstringer and I can't take the chance it won't be in there.

(This is assuming the Fruit Ninja content is a DLC code and not on the disc or something. If it's on the disc, then oh well, someone will probably get it before me.)

It is a DLC code on a sheet, not on the disc so you would be taking a chance on it. But Gunstringer is a fun game.

Pull the trigger, it's 25 hours of gaming goodness.
Pull the trigger, it's 25 hours of gaming goodness.
It does seem like a real fun game and this seems like the perfect game to get me introduced to the series but with me battling my backlog as I've managed to get it down to 10 and the fact that I still have my bestbuy coupon for this game I can wait for a cheaper price from either the warehouse or bestbuy

I want to pull the trigger, but it will be nice to see it around $20, though it just came out a couple of months ago, and I want to get Batman AC
Just a few more bucks deus ex and you will be in my backlog
Last time I saw it was at 33.99. But, that was before Amazon put the game on sale again. I bought one using up the gift card credit I had.
Pull the trigger, it's 25 hours of gaming goodness.
I easily put in 40 hours with all the side quests and exploring on my first play through.

EDIT: Just wanted to say the game is WELL worth the $60

I bought it day one and had NO regrets.

$26-$30 is a steal for this awesome game.

Probably my GOTY (So far)

I rented Deus Ex from red box, I ended up spending $4 for two nights. I must say the game is pretty awesome. I wish I would have just bought it so I could have explored more. Oh well, still worth purchasing in my book. I may pick it up again down the line and beat it again.
