What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I placed an order on the 15th from AWD...it still hasn't shipped and I have prime. Should I be worried that my order may be cancelled or something? I ordered a lot of other items on the 15th too and they all shipped :/

When's it scheduled for delivery? Not uncommon for things ordered on Friday with two day to not ship until sometime Monday.

 
My AC4 CE PS4 bundle got cancelled. Weak, thats the only reason I didnt do the b2g1 free last week, since I couldnt find a new 3rd game.
 
Speaking of it being slow, I am assuming that around January/February it gets really busy due to people trading in games they beat or don't like from the holidays?

 
Man, I've been thinking about grabbing a Vita...not that I don't already have enough to do, but I probably would have scooped that Walking Dead Vita this morning. Price seemed pretty good to me.

I'm on the same boat. Hoping we get a Vita bundle from Amazon on Black Friday.

 
Not a AWD but if anyone's pulling the trigger on an Kindle Fire HDX 7 this week, drop me a PM and I'll send a coupon your way. Got it over the weekend but I have no plans on buying a Kindle Fire before the expiration date.

Let's see, Swap Force came out a month ago and we haven't even opened it (and thinking about picking it up on PS4 on BF). I've bought at least four, maybe five, of the triple packs since then and we haven't opened any of them. Bought at least a couple individual figures as well. We haven't opened most of the Giants figures we bought. Yeah, this is why I need to stop spending money on it even at a discount.

I'm proud to have turned Eldritch into a hashtag. And I'm gonna cut down my purchases since my car is in the shop and I'm dreading the repair bill.

Yowza! In all fairness, the game on next gen truly does look amazing and well worth checking out from what I have seen. Since you are close to getting a xb1 it is something worth checking out besides Dead Rising.

Ugh, the only thing that saved my ass was the fact that my university's health insurance let me enroll the day after the deadline and they backdated my coverage. Otherwise I would have been sitting on a $33K hospital bill. So I feel you, man.

Oh I would be getting it on PS4 if I do (think only Walmart's advertising the PS4 version so far and I'm not giving them a cent), just want to see some more footage and that the difference is really that drastic.

That was awesome of your university to do that. I am in the process of going over insurance plans due to open enrollment season at my employers but that is another topic in itself. Good times!

 
Is there a reason people get excited to buy the power supplies for xbox on AWD? They are only like $16-$22 new from third parties all the time. Is the extra $3 saved that enticing? Im confused.
