What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

"packaging may be damaged" doesn't necessarily mean it's a dinger. I bought a headset last week from AWD with the same description and it had been opened. All the individual plastic bags the cables came in were opened. The box itself wasn't damaged at all.

A little off topic but confused about this promo credit given to me. So I can use it on some items but not all within a category. I was trying out different buys. The credit applied to MineCraft (360) and a 32GB usb drive. It did not work on Uncharted 3 CE though. It did work on Splinter Cell CE thought. Not sure what this credit is exactly for and rather not bother CS to ask since it isn't that important.

If anything I'm going to use it on whatever I can but I really wanted to use it for Black Friday but rather not take the risk since it doesn't work on all Amazon Prime items (and yes, I was trying Amazon Prime items).

Are you sure all of the items you were trying to buy were shipped and sold by Amazon (and not a third party seller)? That's usually the issue that pops up. The credit can only be spent on Amazon items...

As I stated, yes they were all sold by Amazon. Not sure what's going on. It's not that much of a big deal though.

Okay, sorry. You had mentioned that all of the items you had tried were "Amazon Prime" items, but there are a lot of third party items that are fulfilled by Amazon and still qualify as (and are marked as) "Amazon Prime" items despite not actually being shipped and sold by Amazon themselves. Dunno what the issue is then, as usually promo credit like that applies to everything Amazon themself sells...

 
I'm thinking of grabbing GOW CE for the sole purpose to flipping but never dealt with Amazon. Worth it? Or just to much trouble?

I just did it with GOW III CE and it worked flawlessly.

Just opened the box, made sure everything was there, and put in the trade-in slip. Pack her back up, change the label, and you're off to UPS with a box full of profit. Enjoy :)

Amazon does not sell the uncharted 3 CE anymore. Again, it has to be sold directly from amazon, not amazon warehouse deals or any other seller which amazon fulfills orders for.

yea i was thinking about just returning it to amazon but after gas and postage it would be cheaper just to give it to gamestop (i think i break about even 27-- might lose a few bucks i think its between 25 and 27 they are paying)

Don't know seeing as it's a really old game. If you don't think it's as described, amazon is usually good about returns.

Oh my bad for not clariying that. They were all sold and fulfilled by Amazon when I tried. Either way it's all good. Still have some items that I won't that worked.

that is a generic description, you are dealing with amazon warehouse here, so those rules does not apply. I still remember the guy who got a insect within the shrinkwrap of his game from amazon warehouse,

I was browsing through amazon and happen to see the Arkham Origins Uk CE it looks so much better then the us version.  Heres to hoping one pops up on AWD :).

My copies of Game of Thrones and Injustice CE came in. Game of Thrones looks great. The corners of the artbook are sorta bent but I'm fine with it. 

My copy of Injustice looks pretty decent but Wonder Woman's lasso seems to have snapped off and is missing. Sort of bummed about that.

I have a 250 GB 360 and was wondering I may just trade that into GS and keep this one. Why not get a new one and get rid of my run down one for a few bucks more? Need to see how much I'd get for it.

Smart move amazon smart move.  Looks like USPS is trying to make a comeback.  Smart move on them.  Happier customers = more business for them.
