What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Not smart at all considering USPS is completely incompetent. Just this month we have had two packages delivered to the wrong address by USPS. We were lucky to get the first wrongly delivered item back, but it had been opened and taped back shut by who ever it was delivered to first. The Game of Thrones Blue ray copies that we got from Amazon, was originally shipped by UPS but then handed over to USPS as a part of something called USP Surepost. This thing was to the wrong address and we have not seen the shadow of it yet. 

Also, UPS Surepost gives you the chance that you will not get your package in two days, since USPS sometimes will end up delivering it weeks later.

Uggh.

Even though the USPS is losing money overall their parcel service is actually really profitable.
 
that also explains why my xillias tracking info updated yesterday. I was wondering why it was still moving on a sunday. It's actually almost here already which is even more shocking when the tracking estimate wasn't for another week to dec 5th.

Yeah, it's the one that popped up a couple of days ago and I ended up cancelling. Just too many other things out and with the PS4 dropping this week. Then there's the consideration of things like Super Mario 3D World and Zelda to cap the year off.

 
I much prefer USPS than UPS.  Here in the island UPS is behind USPS, FedEx then UPS in my book

I'm getting a few things from the warehouse by UPS today and like 6 more this week using USPS.

 
I really have no preference for shipping, but UPS did try to say that delivery of my GTA V Special Edition was attempted on launch day, and that the business was closed, but I just assume that the delivery man just didn't want to go in, since the business is located on a very narrow street and he wouldn't be able to stop there.

I also said that the volume of work being shipped from Amazon via UPS will decrease. Not outright be done with them because UPS still delivers bulky types packages from Amazon.
 
For you people buying WiiU titles used.. come on. Wait for a sale and buy new to support the devs. Let's keep the WiiU infrastructure rolling!

Please go read up on what retail is. Whether you buy new, used, punch a kid and take their copy, pirate, borrow, rent none of that is going to developers. developers have already been compensated. publishers have also already been compensated as retailers buy their shipments then mark them up substantially and sell them back to you the consumer. Do you honestly think retailers are selling games at a loss when they go on sale?

The only things buying new supports are more money the publishers can haggle for per copy and better shelf space/life for publishers products.

I'll be interested to see how they ship my PS4. I'm at Disney World the next week when the Xbox One comes out and had it set up to ship to me there, but the post office does not directly ship to Disney resorts (they ship all to one Disney PO Box location, where Disney then sorts it by resort, which can add considerable time), only UPS/Fed Ex - so I will need to change things if they are using USPS to ship consoles.

That's the one I canceled this morning.

I picked it back up. If I can trade in my current 250 gb 360, the Kinect, and the game included and come out with ~$175, I'll take it.

Let's hope it's a dinger

 
WindWaker was my favorite game when it first came out! I'm definitely ordering the Wii U Windwaker Edition, thanks for the awesome deals!

I love what they done with the GamePad to be honest. With Zelda games you are always having to pull up the dungeon map and switch items and being able to do all of that on the GamePad is great. The game is absolutely beautiful as well. Nintendo has amazing art direction!

 
Had a very strange experience with Warehouse Deals... got a Sony Wireless Stereo Headset, Acceptable condition, and it really smells of tobacco smoke. It's not really strange that second-hand goods may smell of smoke, but I just haven't had it happen before with WD stuff.

On a scale of 1 to 10, it's probably a 4 in terms of smell where I feel I could learn to ignore it so I'm probably just going to keep it. Just something to be aware of, particularly with something like a headset that you actually have close to your nose.

On the other hand, the item was otherwise in completely near-mint condition, no looseness on the adjustable ear cups or adjustable mic, no noticeable damage on the ear cups, no obvious scratches, all original packaging, etc. Just the smell.

Maybe a smoker graded it while smoking :lol. Air / febreze that thing out. While you are at it, sanitize it just as a precaution. I would hate to have something unhygienic make skin contact. Better safe than sorry. :)

Already seeing holiday bundle deals for it for $250 so if you don't bite during holidays, sometime likely in 2014 it will drop. It is a matter of when and at what price will you bite since here the deluxe ones are going for $211 and Zelda bundle is going for $274 (for now).

I agree with the sanitizing. Especially with controllers, etc. People scratch themselves, eat and have slob everywhere, and who knows what else!

Just got my :360: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Limited Edition for $18.20 listed in like new condition and :ps3: Gran Turismo 5 Collector's Edition for $21.48 listed in good condition and both were in practically new. Everything is there (including the slipcover for C:LoS) for both CEs (including DLC / certificate of authenticity for the GT5). Steal of a deal on those two and very happy. Now I am just waiting for my $25 360 bundle that arrives tomorrow. :bouncy:

Sweet thanks on the update I ordered a castlevania after all and am waiting on it to come :) glad I got one I really like the LE and never really paid much attention to it until recent.
