Let me just tell everyone that normally I just can't fall asleep until midnight a lot of times, but for some odd reason, I started to feel tired at 10:20pm. I usually have a hard time sleeping, but I fell asleep right after the match and did not get up at all during the night (probably because of my busy week). I'll be more rested for next week. :)

Next week, I will not run the private matches, so I'll need someone else to do it (no guarantee I'm coming next week, but I can at least invite people into the game).

Sorry I didn't join you guys last night. I was playing ranked matches hardcore to get to level 55 and finally prestige. I'm stuck on 54, but I'm almost there.
 
Just a heads up. If you're going to invite me to your party/game, send me a message on the PSN with the title CoD4 and I'll leave that current game. Otherwise I'll come late or ignore it because I'm in the middle of a game.

Helicopters in my sleep! They had like 5 of them.. even though we got bitchslapped by chucknorris it was fun. Good times Tuna and Ghost!
 
Sounds like it was a blast tonight. I saw all you guys on, but I was engrossed in some PJ Monsters action. Besides, I'm out of practice since I've been away from the game for about 3 weeks now. I'm looking to get back to it after the Final Four... Go Heels!
 
Yeah, I got some invites last night but I just went Prestige 3 so I was just doing some headquarters for some easy leveling up.

I'll probably be playing a bit this week just trying to get back some perks.
 
Wow, I'm on lvl 39 with NO prestige. How many hours have you guys logged? I don't even think I've hit 1 day online yet and I've been playing online since new years.
 
Last i checked I was creeping up on the five day mark... Ive been contemplating not going to another prestige, but I am afraid the game will get boring to me.

those copters were a bitch. That level is just insane. I love it though. You're just killing like crazy and trying to stay alive. I think the dude on the other team had over 100 kills. Wow.

I got about 2 days and some change gameplay time.
 
Has the GOTY edition been officially announced for PS3? I see listings for it on a bunch of sites, but for some reason I thought it was coming to Xbox only. Just wondering because it's taking forever for my Fry's to get this back in stock and I thought maybe they've stopped printing it in favor of the GOTY edition.
 
360's is out wednesday and the PS3's i assume about 21 days later because they include the new maps and ps3 is getting them later

That's the plan. I don't have a gold Live account or even a lot of friends with 360s, so PS3 seems like the way to go. I'll definitely miss the rumble, though.

I'm just wondering what perks and weapon setup some of you guys are using. I'm using

MP5 W/RDS
Desert Eagle
Bandolier
Stopping Power
Extreme Conditioning
Stun Grenade

I need to play more. I can barely aim.
 
depends on the mode, but usually the M16A4 with the red dot sight, with the perks claymores, stopping power, and steady aim.
 
Right now my perks suck, but once I level back up nice it should be:whistle2:

RPD w/RDS
Barreta .50 cal (Overkill perk)
3x Frag
Steady Aim
Stun Grenade

Right now I have the MP5 and extreme conditioning and it's amazing because I can spint half the map in no time. With my prefered setup I can sprint for 2 secs before I huf and puf.
 
I'm using rd m14 or silenced mp5 or silenced g3
bandolier
stopping
power &
dead silence
getting all those stealthy kills
