Wow Child of Eden is on EU PSN? I had no idea.. I'm in, but I can't host (I'm in the US and have no experience with buying on different region accounts).

hmmm, ok i must be doing something wrong. I just bought some bulletstorm dlc and went to make a new user but it says I can't make anymore because I already have 10 users. what am i doing wrong here?
i know lots of you have alot more than 10 shares...
