As of yesterday (April 19) in Fredericton, NB the two EBs here reduced the following NEW games to the following RIDICULOUSLY LOW prices. please note I have listed the game's titles, system, price, and a symbol which indicates with which emotion you should respond to said prices.

Stranglehold CE:360 - $15.00 (!)
Spiderman: Friend or Foe - $10.00 (forget which system) (?...)
Chibi Robo: Park Patrol:DS - $10.00 (!!)
uhhh other actually good games which I am forgetting right now.

I bought El Strangleholdo for this price, mmhmm.

Picked up Quake Wars for $10. Thanks Lone.

Picked up Quake wars and i saw UT3 CE/SE both version for 30$
Was torn between both of them but finally picked up Quake wars
 
So does anybody know if the PS3 games are on sale still as I heard Genji, Bigs and Time Crisis 4 but they might be dead deals by now.

I'll try tomorrow, I had exams and couldn't get in on this deal.

Didn't really notice anything beyond what's been posted. Some games are back to regular price too.

I thought about Quake Wars, but I already have too many shooters.
 
I wanted to pick up Escape from Bug Island when it came out to experience its campiness...but my better judgement should hopefully steer me clear of this game.


**I'm going to head to my EB tomorrow to check out some of the games...I'll take a look for some of you guys to see if I can find something you can't.

As far as I know, I should be looking for DK Barrel Blast, The BIGS, and Genji. If I find them, I wouldn't mind picking them up for you guys.
 
RFD hoarders are out in full force. Dude tried to get like 20 (!) games price matched for EB games price. Called EB and they tell me its clearance. Apparently this guy has been around buying up all FS/BB stock.

I have no problem with someone price matching for a good deal, but when you try to get a ridiculous amount, no.

It's actually going to be released on the 360 and PS3, at $59.99 (!!) Console owners get ripped off so much.

DK Barrel Blast is back up to regular price.

Well, that's the first, and hopefully the last time, an EB Games tried to sell me an opened/demo copy as new. In the end I picked up Stuntman Ignition and Project Sylpheed.

The normal price for Quake Wars for the PC is still $49.99 in Canada. That's $10 less than the console versions, which is pretty normal when a PC game gets ported to a console months after the PC release.

Yeah, but as mrelusive said, even at $50 Quake Wars isn't worth it. When you consider Enemy Territory (the original) is FREE, it just feels like an expansion, not a totally new game.

Pretty sure Crysis will be ported to consoles.

Unconfirmed but according to a post on RFD - Halo 3 LE is $4.99 and TIV is $2.

I am pretty sure everyone already owns Halo 3, but those who haven't bought an xbox - this may be a good time as there are quite a few price drops in games from EBG lately.
 
Awesome price on Halo 3, don't own a 360 myself and all my friend who do already have one though. It's great to see some cheap PS3 games finally, I'll check them out today. Thanks!
 
Was just at EB and seems like Tony Hawks Proving Ground is back at full price, are there different games on sale today than what were before?

People interested in the DMC4 CE should be happy to know that it's the same price as the regular edition at Wal-Mart: $58 and some change.

Genji 2 and The Bigs are no longer $10. I went to two EB's today and the red stickers were taped over and I did price check. Both are back up to regular price at least in Toronto. The others are as listed from the big one.
