[Dead] More random Overstockage - 2 Dolla Deals

My guess is that a lot of these are going to go through. I think it is just happening slow because of the mass orders they received. Maybe they had to unload all those games for Tax purposes like some kind of tax loophole
 
Hey everyone. I got a couple of games but most of these deals were dead by the time I stumbled across them. Question for those of you who know:

Is this normal for overstock.com or did they make a mistake and we all caught it before they could fix it?

It will make a difference as to whether I bother with ever going to the site again in hopes of finding a deal because all that's there now is a bunch of non-deals and in the past I have never really found anything there either.

Sorry if this was brought up earlier but I just can't read through 38 pages of text to see.

They have decent deals from time to time but nothing quite like last night's sale from what I have seen

No, those aren't shipped yet. It will say the date instead of in process for when they do ship.

I have over 40 guitars ....I have one of those SG supreme's in Green (I think it's called emerald burst or something like that) and everyone thinks it is ugly. It looks better in the pictures than it does in person. Good thing I got it for free from Gibson....The Les Paul on the other hand, sounds amazing and I always get comments on how beautiful it is. The tone is so sweeeeet
 
I'm too modern to apperciate les pauls look, i could understand how it would be considered good looking or what not but i just don't like it. SG on the other hand i can relate to, i think it is the best looking guitar out, but that is all opinion. The fact that Les Pauls have the best sound around, that isn't opinion, thats a fact.

I'm with you there, naked gun and total recall would have been excellent, I had to settle for Seabiscuit and School of Rock. I want to see seabiscuit, but I thought school of rock was so-so. I'd gladly trade school of rock for naked gun (fat chance I know) or total recall. I don't really remember the other movies.

yeap got my ship notice last night as well IF anyone is intrested I got a XBOX Xmen game i have no use for( Really dont know how i added it to cart). NOw got to wait up to 2 weeks for shipping, and now overstock did the right thing in sending them out now we got to wait and see if SOny is going to do the right thing. overall i got

2 wild arms
3 gameboy advance games
1 gamecube game (the gba and gc are the dragonball games)
1 Xmen game
3 ampitutudes

10 games total for 27.46 so breaks down to around 2.75 per game

i doubt that the can, and if they would they would be slapped with so many lawsuits they wouldnt know what to do. More like overstock knew they made the mistake, but instead of cancelling they filled the orders thinking many of the people who got in on this order will return. Yea they migh to lost tons of money but they might get alot more then that in return business. I know for a fact if my stuff comes in real good shape i will shop there again

My pending charges on my cc account are about 100 bucks more than I thought, but I probably have bought some other stuff and just forgot (like taco bell!)
