My final team is looking to be like this:
Physical Sweeper (Weavile)
Special Sweeper (Gardevoir)
Physical Tank? (Rhyperior or Donphan)
Special Tank (Blissey)
Annoyer (Crobat)
Wall (LifeStealing Venasaur)
Most teams seem to have 2 tanks and 2-3 sweepers, whether they be physical/special or mixed, then 1-2 support pokes such as an annoyer or baton passer or something similar.
Hmm, thanks... I think my team probably sucks =)) I haven;t gottend own all the strategy of this yet. Right now, I'm playing with...
Prinplup (Metal Claw, Bubble Beam, Brine, and... umm... his original attack)
Staravia (Wing Attack, Double Team, Quick Attack, and... growl? leer?)
Luxio (Spark, Bite, Charge, and Roar)
Roselia (Giga Drain, Poison Spikes, Worry Seed, and - growth, maybe)
Ponyta (not sure what moves she has... L20, though)
Onix (Bind, Harden, Screech, and Rock Throw)
I don't want this to be one of those "r8 my teamz!" posts, but I would like some input

I'm only at Hearthome city (the first time) right now, so I'm still early on. I haven't used any HM's or TM's yet either... I'm afraid I'll screw that up. Though I did teach cut and rock smash to some storage type pokes I don't use otherwise.
I spent Friday night (hey, I'm married

) grinding to get all of the above to 20+... Prinplup is about L36, and Luxio and Roselia are mid 25ish. I'm not so sure about (well, any of them, but...) Onix... I couldn't decide if I should hold onto him or Geodude, and decided to go with him. I also have a L20 Craindos I dug up in the underground, though it's not a two typer, obviously.
I'm just not sure if I should be focusing a lot of the current pokemon I have, or if I should just be using them until I get further and catch better ones... does later in the game necessarily = better?
I still need to find a good ghost/psychic too... any recommendations?
I don't necessarily need to the *greatest* ones... I just want to make sure I can make it all the way through the game!
I saw them both at stores, and would definitely recommend the Prima one over the Nintendo one.
Thank you!
