you know. LBP2 CE is still $79.99 or $70 something anyways not including taxes of course. i really hoped that was going down in price as it seems all over here has it in stock and for a high price still.

I dunno if i should grab Epic Mickey or not. i think i'l pass on the Tron CE tho but if i had extra money i would.
 
Grabbed The Force Unleashed 2 for 360! $16 total after shipping and everything. I beat the first and liked it, a collector's edition of almost any game is worth $10.

Thanks to your post I ordered one too! Didn't realise SWFU2 was on sale!

My EB had a Tron but apparently someone put it on "hold" 3 days ago. I'm guessing the employee there was just screwing me and he wanted it for himself.
 
Just tried to get "The Force Unleashed 2" ... it was in my cart, and when I got to the confirm page, it was no longer available. Just a couple seconds too slow ...
 
Just picked up the Tron CE, thanks to whoever posted about it :)

It definitely wasn't worth the original $129.99 price, but for $20 I'm pretty happy with it. While the light cycle isn't exactly the most impressive CE content I've seen, it's still a pretty awesome model to have on display. The game itself is actually pretty good too. I definitely consider it $20 worth of credit well spent. I'd certainly recommend that anyone who's on the fence about which version to get take the plunge and spend the extra $10 if they're into collectibles like this.

Went in looking for a regular PS3 version of TRON and all they had was the CE. Picked it up. Might just give the lightcycle to my friend for his collection.

West Edmonton was out of PS3 CE's but still had about 4 Xbox 360 copies.
 
I went out to grab the CEs of Epic Mickey and TRON Legacy and ended up pretty disappointed.

I got the CE of Epic Mickey, but gutted. Suckish, because one ear on the figure was broken off (though it fits right back in).

The guy working behind the counter admitted to buying the last two TRON CEs, so I ended up getting the regular edition, no Light Cycle for me. :(

EBs around here suck, the workers always buy the stores stock out on Deal of the Days. -.-

I keep going back to the site and messing with numbers, and this happened. if the last number is changed to any value above 630 (from 631-999), this results. It's a really strange page, including everything from N64 games, PSP accessories, to unreleased games, to notebooks. Can't make sense of this at all, it's almost like EB did this, knowing it'd confuse us...

i called 2 places by me and i decided to get tron .. and Tron was sold out quick in the mornings .... and i decided oh well i might as well not bother with Epic Mickey * sigh * i really wish i knew of this deal early early last night then i can decide buy tron or not then i would have then got it first thing in the morning but i didn't cause i thought it would have been homefront today.

oh well i got NOTHING today.

Well it's either between the sweet Tron cycle or the SW game-exclusive USB key. I wanted the Tron cycle but asshole at EB Games fucked me and bought it for himself probably.

I will sleep soundly tonight knowing the quality of the Tron cycle is super-poor :S.

I can confirm that not many people are on the servers. Takes a while to get into the game.

Are you playing Homefront on the PS3 or 360? I have been playing online for the past week or so (on the 360), and never had a problem finding a game. Even the 32 player rooms are full, and I can always get into a match in under a minute.

And to answer the other poster, no, there is no co-op, just competitive. It is similar to COD, but different enough that I would not call it a clone. I am enjoying it ... definitely worth the $10 if you do not own it yet.
 
The PS3 version always had a small community, probably sold les than half of the 360 version (or less).

I'm sure shipping with an exclusive map helped, but for the most part the XBL counterparts usually have more active online communities.

I'd grab it for 360, but I barely play Battlefield 3 as it is (got it for ps3 & the input lag is horrible)

As far as I know, $19.99 is the regular price for the PS3 and 360 versions. If that's a price error and the game is $9.99 though, I'd definitely recommend it to people. There's nobody online anymore and it's REALLY short, but it was fun to play through at least once. It really felt like an Armored Core Lite, and isn't long enough to really get sick of.

It's not the regular price. REG $29.99 according to GAMESTOP twitter page.
I asked them that this morning already.
 
The assholes must have bumped it up recently so that they could "lower" it again for the sale. I actually just bought my copy at EB within the past few weeks. Can't say I'm surprised they'd pull that kind of thing again though.

Totally trolling. For $10, Bad Fur Day would be the greatest deal yet. That game is so awesome... Plus it goes for upwards of $30, used (at Flea Markets and Kijiji anyway).

Seems to be The Sly Collection sold out quite quickly when it became available, whereas the SW CE was available until early afternoon. CE or not, TFU2 was a subpar game. I'm just a sucker for Star Wars.

Considering how little star wars is worth on Ebay and how poorly received it was I would consider making the trade if I had an extra copy. It will never be worth Bioshock CE levels, heck it probably won't even hit Bioshock 2 CE.

My thoughts exactly; CE or not, the game was pretty bad (I've heard, anyways). I'm sure if I'm patient it will drop even further to $20 or so.
 
Got Mindjack and Homefront for my in-laws.
Homefront comes with the dlc for resistance pack.

Found a bunch of older ps3/360 games for $2.99(some RCSS was selling for $7.50) but when I went to cash out there was a parent with two boys who were shocked at the prices of the games. So I let them have half the pile(5 games for me, 5 for them). The csr cashing me out was happy that I shared with the kids and gave me some free dlc.
