How do I get those sticky yellow EB stickers off my case?
Buy a bottle of Goo Gone. They're usually $5 or less. They last forever and are a good purchase if you buy lots of used games. You can find them at drug stores or places like Wal Mart.

When is the EBgames morning update?
Usually between 7am and 7:30am eastern time, Monday through Friday. There are no updates on some holidays.

How do I know the update happened?
The number of in stock games will drop to zero, then rise back up. This takes less than a minute.

I had game X in my cart, but it disappeared while I was checking out. What happened?
Someone else beat you to it. Just because an item is in your cart, doesn't mean it's reserved for you until you finish checking out.

How do you know how many copies of game X are in stock?
When the item is in your cart, change the quantity to a large number (like 99). When the page refreshes, the quantity will be reduced to the number available.

Are there any coupons I could use to save money?
CAG15 gives you 15% off used merchandise.
CAG16 gives you 16% off $50 or more worth of used merchandise.
SAVER gives you free shipping on orders containing used games and accessories. For some reason, Gameboy games do not work with SAVER.

i needed some pristine jewel cases for my collection and games for ebay, so i ordered 15 cheap PSone games last night. i'll let y'all know the ratio of complete to partially complete to disc only.
 
I just got the GBC - Pokemon Pinball game a ordered a while ago. They sent me the cart but without the cover for where you put the battery in the built-in rumble pack. How shitty is that :(

I thought they were making a version of Crisis Zone that came with two Guncons, at least that was the rumor a few months ago when the games w/ Guncon prices dropped. I'm not sure where that is now, I haven't seen it anywhere since then even though I think they had it listed for a while. When I got TC3 the TC2 package with the Guncon was cheaper, now it costs more than TC3?

To be honest, their overall pricing of Guncon games has always been screwy. I simply just can't tell why they raise their prices sometimes over others. Some of the best jumps in recent memory involved the various Guncon PS1 games. At one point Point Blank 3 could be had for a nice $7 or so then there was a drastic jump back up to $20. It's just...insane.

Oh well. Honestly, if they were to raise the price but toss in a cheap firewire cable, that would be hot. One of the best things is to hook two PS2s up and get two copies of TC2 and TC3 running. Infinite fun!

I hope you didn't need 15 jewel cases. A lot of the jewel cases have been coming damaged or completely destroyed lately.

Yeah, I totally agree. whether or not they're damaged, the cases are practically never "pristine". But hey, good luck!!

Wow, the price on Time Crisis 2 with the Guncon really went up. I managed to get a copy from a B&M store a couple months back for 12.99.

It must be the whole price crossover deal with Gamestop I guess.

All of the GBC rumble-pack games (Missile Command, 10-Pin Bowling, Vigilante 8) I've ordered from EBGames came without a battery cover.

Nintendo's online store has battery covers, but only in solid black.

EB is starting to bug me I order four N64 cart used the saver code selected the free shipping option and they change it to the 5.99 shipping option has this happened to anyone else? If I couldn't use the code it seems like they could have at least used the EB saver option. I think I going to email customer support and ask for a refund on the shipping.

Yeah, they'll refund it. I don't know if they're just trying to stick everyone with shipping or what. Essentially what they told me is if they have to go into your order (not sure what they would be changing in there), then the shipping defaults to the 5.99 shipping. Which is awful since its not even the cheapest shipping.

Just follow up and make sure they refund you the 5.99 plus tax.

And luckily all my EB/GS purchases from last week work (Zelda Oracle games, Donkey Konga). Though I suppose I need to test out the extension cables, though I'm curious if they have a longer return period (like accessories at GameStop)

I did both. But if you want to have it taken off your order (if it hasn't shipped yet), call them first. They've taken an average of three days to respond to my emails lately.

Edit: When is the last time Granida (ps1) was instock for a morning update?
 
I'm pretty sure it was in a couple weeks ago in one of those huge updates. Maybe more recently, but it's not a game I specifically look out for so I couldn't tell you for sure or not.

Azure Dreams, I want you, but not at that price -_-. Other than that I didn't find anything of interest. I've got to be going on like 3 months without DW Monsters, I shouldn't have passed it up that one time a year ago. Sigh.

Something's wrong here. I kept on refreshing the playstation used link and it never updated for me. Would have loved to get in on the update today.
