Here's the new thread. If there are any other links that you would like added or removed (sorted by system, rare games, etc), let me know and I'll take care of it as I have time. Everything else is included from the previous OP. N64 used link is here now, Playstation only shows used items, and DS (new and used) links are added.

FAQ:
How do I get those sticky yellow EB stickers off my case?
Buy a bottle of Goo Gone. They're usually $5 or less. They last forever and are a good purchase if you buy lots of used games. You can find them at drug stores or places like Wal Mart.

The bottle looks like this:

When is the EBgames morning update?
Usually between 7am and 7:30am eastern time, Monday through Friday. There are no updates on some holidays.

How do I know the update happened?
The number of in stock games will drop to zero, then rise back up. This takes less than a minute.

I had game X in my cart, but it disappeared while I was checking out. What happened?
Someone else beat you to it. Just because an item is in your cart, doesn't mean it's reserved for you until you finish checking out.

How do you know how many copies of game X are in stock?
When the item is in your cart, change the quantity to a large number (like 99). When the page refreshes, the quantity will be reduced to the number available.

Are there any coupons I could use to save money?
CAG15 gives you 15% off used merchandise.
CAG16 gives you 16% off $50 or more worth of used merchandise.
SAVER gives you free shipping on orders containing used games and accessories. For some reason, Gameboy games do not work with SAVER.

When I ordered steel battalion, they only charged me 50 cents.
 
I've been here.. but I'm forcing myself to hold off. Maybe a cheap lightgun game or two if they come in, but that's it. I've been spending too much here.

Hopefully EB will get back to me about the Fire Pro Wrestling I bought for GBA that never showed up...

New to the CAG community. Wanna see what all the fuss is about with the EB morning updates. Been lurking around here til now. Let's see what's up.
 
should of got up earlier ....im going to give it 5 more mins thenim taking off... got to go to stupid campus today to see if im going to attened college this spring....

be nice if there was somehow to get around Math 153 that is the only freaking class i need to have my 2 year accounting thing.. math used to be very easy but once you dont take it for 5 years your mostly screwed
 
whoever got that VH2 very good chance you get it complete... the one i got came mint complete last week a very good buy for 7.50 shipped

Castlevania SOTN showed up and disappeared in a second. Crap, I didn't even s persona revelations, that's specifically what I was looking for. How much was it?

didn't know EB had any PC hardware... is there a link that will show only the hardware? Those two are some good deals and I was wondering if there were more to be found.

of the 3 i orderd off the site all 3 came complete so i would say thats is a good reason ( was leaving the house so i forgot to add that ) All 3 are gone... 1 for myself , 1 for friend and i got 1 for someone here

this was from sept 05 to around dec
 
Magna Carta... I've been wanting that, but I'm a bit paranoid to get it used (there's an optional accessory I really want to be included). And still hoping to finally snag Super Castlevania one of these days. It's not that I can't obtain in by other means, it's just that I wanna be a cheapass and get it for $5.99 b/c.

Oh and I'm gonna go ahead and pimp the trade link in my signature, since there was some talk about Persona in here (and Magna Carta, oddly enough).

My guess is that it sold out in an instant cause they had to fill preorders, or else it just sold out cause its really popular. It will be interesting if it restocks again at ebgames and gamestop.

It looks like no one else thought to check amazon and everyone just rushed to get copies from gamestop and ebgames online stores, since both were out of stock when i first looked.
 
my ps2 s-video cable died... anyone know if EB has them used? I seem to remember seeing them a while back, but there are none today.

anyone got a link?

actually after reading my post again.. it seems like i was disappointed in spin jam.. i really wasn't.. it was a good game for 80 cents.. also not disappointed with Sol Divide for about the same cant remember no more then 2 dollars.. and it came complete.. but i meant like these so called "rare" current gen games.. none of them are that good

never played Rez.. won't do giant robot war games again so RAD is out... and gitaroo man was so disappointing.. i'm glad i didn't spend a hundred on it.. Disgaea .. i probably don't have the time to play that game proper..

as a friend of mine pointed out.. that sometimes games are rare for a reason, they suck. the only one i can think of to counter argue is Earthbound.. that game is perfect and rare. but yeah.. that would be the only one i could think of... and whoever still hasn't bought guitar hero should get it.. but get 2 controllers because yeah you'll want to try the songs in multiplayer.

Wow.... $4 BC for the Premium Edition. This one was fetching about $80 on eBay a bit back. You're probably guaranteed to get a complete copy, as the difference between the two versions is the packaging.
