Fall 2008 Nintendo Press Conference- MEGATONS DROPPED! DSi, Punch-out!!, Sin & Pun. 2
holy shit! excitebike on DSi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I swear if this is a joke, I WILL kill you. Do you understand me?

Edit: Say your prayers.
can download directly to SD
Unless the Wii is updated to support SDHC there is still only a 2GB cap which isn't a whole lot IMO
Either everyone has gone home.. or Shigsy is getting carried away demoing wii music again..
Or shigsy got so carried away demoing wii music again that everyone has gone home.
What's the game in the Wii video right before Guitar Hero Aerosmith?
It's that Argonauts game from Tecmo, I think.
I don't think that was real.
I just saw it on the video, so it's very much real and very much awesome.
I just saw it on the video, so it's very much real and very much awesome.
Oh, really? Excellent. I didn't watch the DS video yet.
That's that new Vanillaware game, it seems.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oboro_Muramasa_Youtouden
Heh. The very first thing I thought when I saw that was, "Hey, that's a funny looking Odin Sphere..."

Badass. This sure as hell exceeded my expectations. Of course, I expected the whole thing to basically just be Iwata stepping out on stage and saying, "Dear investors. Enjoy the enormous bag of money that is under your seat. If you need more, we've left a solid gold prostitute in each and every one of your hotel rooms that can melted into bullion should the need arise. Thank you, and goodnight."

EDIT:
I know I'm alone but I'm looking very forward to Valhalla Knights.
Perhaps I don't know enough not to look forward to it, but I think it looks rather good...
I don't think that was real.
It's in the DS compilation video that RR posted, and it looks awesome. Way better animation than the GBA game.
Was that a new Wario Ware DS game in this video near the end? HOLY SHIT!!!
I didn't see it... Edit: NM it was right after Mario and Luigi 3
I don't think that was real.
I'm guessing it is because it is in the above video.
Little Mac sure lost all that weight quick. Captain Rainbow is a better hero than I thought.
He's the best.

He's been playing Wii Sports Boxing for two straight years.
What in the fuck is that space game in the Wii video???
My Japanese is probably pretty bad, but I think it's Cosmic Walker?
croissants? It must be plot heavy...

No, it's just that everyone wants to punch the French ;)

While I highly doubt this, it would be nice if the NoA conference revealed some different information. For example - who is publishing The Conduit. That was promised to us weeks ago.

Not to mention these fabled FPS Zelda games. I mean wtf is Retro doing? I'd like to know.

well, alot of retro's head people left and are now under EA, so who knows.

Well I'm goin to sleep, I think it's over, not a bad conference. I guess I'll have to figure out whether or not to get a DSi...

Three of their people left and formed Armature. I'll take your word for it that Armature is owned by EA.

Still I wanna know what they are doing.
What's the DS game with Reggie, Iwata, and Shiggy in it?
Tomodachi Korekushon, or "Friend Collection"

Oh yeah - what's this one game that seriously looks like a 2D de Blob? It's just after the midway point on the Wii video.

There's also a game shortly after that that looks like Stretch Panic meets....hmmm what was it called...it was a PS1 game....like Pon Pon or something. You beat people up in a tiny arena.

This conference will make or break the hardcore gamer support for the Wii and Nintendo knows it. They know they need to get the hardcore interested in the Wii soon or they'll lose out on that smaller(yet very profitable) market to the 360 or the PS3.
Nintendo had it's hand forced by how bad the E3 reaction was. Look at how Iwata apologized for how bad their E3 presser was for core gamers and the way Miyamoto announced Pikmin 3 so matter-of-factly, it was all because of the negative reactions they got from the core market. I believe Nintendo knows they have to give the core fan-base something to look forward to tonight/tomorrow or the reaction for this event will be even worse than E3.

I said the above earlier and I think Nintendo delivered enough tonight to avoid a repeat of the E3 reaction they got. Good job Nintendo. Now on to the U.S. event.

Was asking myself that same question.

I am stunned that there is no kid Icarus announced. So that pedometer thing will function kind of like the ipod and Nike+? That's what it looks like from the video.
