Heavenly Sword's cutscenes are excellent. The mo-cap actors actually act. It makes even MGS4 look like shit.

Someone give me a Too Human preorder code so I don't have to order the damn thing.
What part of Pineapple are you going to be talking about in a few months? I can name off about 10 scenes from Superbad.
"I thought hurricane season was over"

McLovin was a better third character than Red...he was't bad though

Oh and in the end where
the guy heard everything they were saying..

Maybe not 10 scenes but very enjoyable as it was playing. ;)
Just buy a cheapo wired one.
Any word on the best knockoff?

 I used to hate the stupid people on Ebay, but they're kinda fun to mess with now. This guy sent me a message and asked:

ive got an 11 dollar money order right here,,,do you accept them?if so its an extra dollar for your trouble

My auction says I don't accept money orders, and somehow I feel like a dollar extra means a lot to this guy... but I woulda let him go ahead and do it, most likely because there's not much interest in what I'm selling. I'm not entirely comfortable with using three commas in a row, but sure.

But I didn't read the message then. I was gone. Two hours later, while I'm shirking my Ebay responsibilities by living that damned life of mine, I get this:

do you accept money orders????

Oh ho! An attitude. God forbid I was gonna get to his question when I got back. I love it when people feel like they're entitled to an immediate answer that is to their satisfaction.

I responded:

I would have accepted a money order, but then you went and got an attitude. As it turns out, I can no longer accept money orders now :( .

I was too young to have sense back then.

But I opened it and I noticed that the manual smells distinctly early 90's. Like, you don't get that with anything released past 1995. Though this SNES business reminds me that I never finished Donkey Kong Country 3... and while that game wasn't as good as the previous two, it's still excellent.

Anyway, I'm gonna play CV later, but I got sidetracked already by Beatmania, which I haven't played in like 2 months. It's weird - this is the same shit as with DJ Max Portable where I pick the game up after a long break, and I'm better at certain note patterns all of a sudden. Awesome.

God dammit foo, your random list thing entices me very greatly.

Specifically the 40 dollar system. I already have a PS1 and N64 so I'm finding it very hard to pull the trigger here lol.

I loved the smell of new SNES games. The game, the manual, everything had that smell. It brings back good memories, like when I got Link to the Past, Secret of Mana, FF2 and 3, and whatnot. Good fucking memories.

TWEWY is still cooking along. It is fun. I am having a blast getting more pins. I wish I knew more people with a DS so I could play Tin Pin Slammers.

Did the anime fans here like Desert Punk? I got a pretty good deal on the entire series. It was something I have been interested in for awhile.

Well I am going to go MGO with a buddy.

yike too much WoW last night. While I was waiting for my co-workers to do dey bidness w/their higher level mains, I made a draenei hunter took it to lvl 8. After we did a DM lewt run w/my 18 mage and ended up lvl 20 after all the turn ins. Now I gots Blizzard (the spell) w00t.

2nite might b more o' da same, but hopefully I can squeeze in some SCIV, GRiD, or Uncharted as well.
I'm going crezzy.

IP passthrough, 'nuff said, should be in your UI for your router.

Holy shit, Castlevania IV is still soooooooo good. I think that it's probably my favorite old-style CV game still... I like it better than Rondo because it's got more of an adventure game vibe to it... more platforming and all that.

Point is, anyone who hasn't played it, but has a Wii needs to download this shit on VC.

Why the hell is there no party system in MGO or any good way to join a friend? This is one of my favorite games, but playing with a friend is like pulling teeth out of a virgin's vagina! fuck!

Was always one of my favorites too. I wore that cart out.

Having fun with GTA IV, but christ the lack of check points is a kick in the nuts. Is it really necessary to make you drive across town every time you fail a mission vs. just starting you back at the mission destination? Even worse for missions where you have drive across town to a destination, then follow someone around ton another spot, then have a shootout etc......die and you have to do it all over again.

Complete bullshit. Great game otherwise.

There was a way to restart missions through the phone. That helped me a lot with what little I played. I agree though. Checkpoints need to be instated.

Best fucking first level song ever!

It might be your router Azumangaman ;(

I have a Linksys WRT54G V.4 have no problems with it. But it's pretty shitty in general.
played elebits tonight since i forgot I had it... it's alright, but very wonky.
Best FPS I played

Yeah, that's my biggest problem with the game. I love playing it, but it needs a party system of some sort. Badly.
Still playing Civ Rev. So addicting.

Also, this is so true:

I can honestly say I don't love anyone that much.

Same here, I have a bunch of Amazon credit/referral cash, but how do I use it, is there an option when I pay for something?

I have GCs which use claim codes. Sorry, I don't know how referral money is used. I assume it's just part of your amazon account and will be automatically applied towards your next purchase.
Still playing Civ Rev. So addicting.
I convinced my husband to check it out, since I'd heard good things about it and he's a big Civ fan. Now he can't stop playing it!
Chrono Trigga DS pre-order finally went up on Amazon. $40...siiiggghhh.
So the $40 price tag is really real, then? fuck that, I'll wait for a price drop.

Of course, if my friends in the UK or Australia want it before it comes out there, I'll be happy to help out (I've done it before). Anything to thwart Squeenix and their overpriced DS games ;)

Unlocked Mirror Mode in Mario Kart Wii yesterday. Also thinking of visiting a day spa for a massage sometime this week. It'll be expensive, but my back's killing me and I've been feeling pretty lousy overall lately.

It figures that CTDS would be $40... Well since I have waited like 7+ years to play this game. I think I can wait a few more.

I put a couple more hours into Xenosaga and also pulled out DMC4, just cause I had a craving for some devil bringer action.

Speaking of cravings, I've got it bad for some chicago-style pizza. I wish there was a place near me that delivered.

I know. But it starts you back after the first cut scene before you drive across town to start the actual mission. They really need check points everytime you get to the destination arrow, that's where you should start back when you restart a mission through the phone.

Yes. Checkpoints. This is probably the main reason I keep putting this game down. If I die in a mission, I'm only gonna drive across town so many times before I totally loose all patience and put the game away for awhile. If not checkpoints, then how about an instant save feature.

I never thought I'd say this, but Crackdown is fucking awesome. I had it written off as the game that came with the Halo 3 beta forever.

C'mon...pick up an exploding barrel, jumping on top of a skyscraper, throwing said barrel into a crowd, then shooting it ftw.

I can't wait until I can pick up cars!!

seriously, what the fuck is GTA, I've never even heard of that game.

This. I'm stuck on two missions:
Killing the guys in the strip club for Dwayne, and taking out Lyle Revis for Brucie.
If there were checkpoints, I probably would have preserved and finished them,

I've been playing a bit less Uncharted since I have 43 trophies in it now (still playing it again on Hard though), and I've been deferring a bit to my rental, Burnout Paradise. I've maybe played it an hour or so. It seems enjoyable, but a few things I don't get. On the PS3 version you earn stuff (like it says 6 of 60 really small or something like that) and I don't know how to check my progress on those. I've done maybe 6% of the game so far.

I'm kinda mad that the special store cars require me to beat a certain amount of events to use them. Listen, if you told me I got a special car for buying it there, I should be able to use it right away, damnit! Also, I don't know how to check out this new stuff from previous updates that were implemented. Maybe it's cuz I never played it before hand, but I just don't get how I'm supposed to use that stuff.

This looks very cool. Lemme guess, it'll never be localized?

Damn, the library level on Condemned was disappointment. Worst level I've seen so far. Nothing was scary, and I spent half the level wandering through aisles of bookshelves. That's fun.
