Heroes Volume 3: Villains

They keep alluding to Dahpne's former life, that may explain why she latches onto Parkman so quickly. Maybe because he's her chance at a normal life, or at least as normal as she could ever be.

The Daphne/Parkman thing is actually one of my favorites from the new season. This episode wasn't the best at all, but I'm still going to keep watching.
Damn, HRG finally got to kick some ass again. I thought he was gonna hit Elle's skull out of the park.
No joke.

I think this episode was pretty good.

Mohinder is still annoying, but the new developments with Daphne, the Haitian and Noah have made me impatient for next weeks episode.

Out of the stuff I expected for Daphne I didn't see that one coming, I thought for sure it was going to be crack addict prostitute

Can somebody do me a favour and let me know what happened right after
It showed HRG holding a sniper rifle?
. The show cut out on me.

Nothing, To be Continued

I didn't see the last minute or two, my DVR stopped recording too early. I don't remember seeing HRG with a sniper rifle, last i saw was syler and elle talking i think.

As much as I love this show and I try to defend it as much as possible, Im starting to get pretty damn sick of Mohinder.

I really didn't think Daphne would be a paraplegic, i was almost expecting her to be some sort of freak of nature the way her father was guarding her.

Plus the fact that she was out on a farm in the middle of nowhere.

Slimy butt shot not doing it for you?

Yeah, not even the fangirls were cheering for that. And I bloody hate Mohinder so that scene just made it ten times worse.

HRG's blind hatred for Sylar is going to get him killed (again). I just know it. You can't be that obsessed and not have it come back and bite you in the ass later.

And we all know Claire's not going to die, so playing up that angle while completely ignoring everyone else was kind of dumb.

Yet I still tune in every week. *facepalm*
I'm torn because I'm not sure if I like Action Adventure Haitian or standing in the back with a menacing look Haitian.
Definitely posing Haitian with cool shirt accessory

Heroes - abilities = boring

Mohinder has always been the worst character in the series. They're doing a great job of that in this season.

Episode was decent (probably best episode this season)

Maybe I missed something but why did Sylar turn back to being bad again? I thought he was good pretending to be bad to get info from Arthur.

Also, how do Arthur and Angela not know about the eclipse thing? Nathan, Parkman, and some of the older new members should know about the eclipse thing as well. I was surprised to hear Nathan only began to fly during the last eclipse.

Mohinder is annoying as well. I thought he would also realize how much of an ass he has been and start regretting what he has done since he got his powers.

Still, I liked this episode. I like Hiro and Ando finding the comic book and using that as a guide for their journey (even though that makes no sense). I like HRG and Claire's conflict (though it was poorly done in this episode). I also like the feud between Peter and Nathan.

Next episode looks lame though.
Ok, thank you.
I was worried I missed something EXTREMELY EPIC.
It is Heroes. You can't miss anything epic.

EDIT: Noah was the high point of the show, but even that was disappointing in review. Seeing him demolish Elle and Sylar in 10 seconds was great, but I'm surprised a cold blooded killer like him would abandon two downed opponents because of a surface wound to his daughter. How long would it have taken to pick up his gun and deliver two headshots?

Overall, the "Claire is shot" storyline is crap. Noah would know a life threatening wound versus a surface wound because he has delivered so many of them. I suppose they could let Claire die and extract the catalyst from her corpse. I guess that could be made interesting.

I think the eclipse causes powers to go dormant for the duration of the eclipse. Removing the powers permanently would be crap because restoring powers would require Angela and Arthur to work together and allow their "teams" to regain their powers. Otherwise, one side gets crushed.

A possible interesting point is what happens to Adam and Peter. Arthur had their powers until the eclipse. After the eclipse, are the pilfered powers returned to their original owners?

Sylar and Elle staying at the house was just stupid. If I just got my ass beat by somebody with access to lots of guns, I'm running away. I guess a serial killer can forget how to evade authorities. I think Elle is manic. She is inconsistent. We can take what we want. No, we can't take what we want.

That scene had Maya written allllllllll over it. Well, a guy can dream cant he?

Actually, Ive been getting pretty bored with him lately. Maybe in the end they will come across with his purpose but for the time being, he's filler.

Sylar is playing "house negro" to a certain point.

Early in the season thats what he led me to believe the way he had talked to peter.
I think the addition of Seth Green mentioned Red Hulk ruined the episode for me. If he becomes a cast member, I quit.
Everyone knows Seth Green is a Werewolf.. That's why he had to leave Sunnydale.

I don't think Slimehinder was totally unnecessary. It looked like he came out of his womb healed and refreshed, which doesn't mean much if he loses his powers because of the eclipse. Or did he lose it if it was artificially placed in him?

I also don't get why after a whole season of playing house mom, Sylar goes back to wanting to kill people. And Elle was the one that egg'd him on, but later in the episode broke down and said they can't have everything. WTF!?

Here is my guesstimate for what happens next week, it's not actually what's going to happen, but it might! So don't read ahead if you want to be spoiled by my half-baked theory.

Claire is taken to the hospital because she is bleeding out on the bed, and her mom freaks out and goes against HRG's word that Claire should stay at home. She is rushed through the hospital and dies in the process, the doctors use the Paddles of Destiny to send a shockwave through her body, thus unleashing the catalyst that jumps from her body outward like a mushroom cloud. HRG takes the shot and splits a tear drop that's falling down his face after crying about his arm. He goes to the floor.

Commercial. Bullshit online series promo about the guy who can slow down time AND move quickly? Uhhhhhhh? Back to the show. We think Sylar has been killed, but due to Claire's shock, all the powers are back and the bullet is pushed from his head and Elle screams, "Yippee!" HRG, thinking he killed Sylar, finds Claire in the hospital to tell her the good ol' news only to realize that she is fully recovered without a scratch.

Sylar is now PISSED because his former partner and bro mate has just betrayed him. Sylar goes on a rampage and destroys everything in sight. He becomes to powerful for anyone, and they must all join together to take down Sylar, who is now 50 feet tall and breathing fire. King Arthur takes a stab at it but loses his head in the process, thus releasing all the powers he stole. Peter Patrelli finds his powers again and flies inside Sylar's giant mouth into his body. Peter releases his exploding self, thus sending pieces of Sylar all over the city. People rejoice. Heroes is cancelled.

I like that ending. It wraps it all up neatly.

So what did I miss after Sylar and Elle talking? I missed their conversation at the end and I didn't see anything about HRG with a sniper rifle.

Sylar says that he is relieved to not have his powers, and Elle talks about being used or something, and then they start kissing eachother. It zooms out through the window into a scope that is pointed at Sylar/Elle. HRG is shown behind the gun. Cut to black. "To be continued." Clip for next week's episode.

Well, if momma Petrelli's dream is still "good", then we'll still get to the point of Sylar possibly having "mothers" back.

The only thing that f's that up is how Adam was present in the dream as well but we know he's a goner.
Out of the stuff I expected for Daphne I didn't see that one coming, I thought for sure it was going to be crack addict prostitute
Yeah, I was expecting the same. I guess on the positive side Porkman shouldn't have to worry about breaking her with his girth.

I think Adam will be back, somehow there will be a power reversal and all the powers that Arthur took will be returned.

Who knows? Maybe he will get his powers back because of the eclipse from Arthur? Dumber stuff has happened...

Remember the season 1 dream sequence, a few of the people in it when Peter blew up were dead before it got to that point

Hey guys, I just started watching season 2 and I was wondering, how is Nathan still alive? I thought he would of died when he flew Peter up when he was about to explode. I'm guessing he flew him up then let him go obviously? Just wanting to make sure.

Why is anyone asking about Adam? He totally turned to dust and bones. I really don't think he's coming back. Now that would be a good power: Coming back from nothingness.

Adam is gone. No doubt about.

Who else thinks this show would be a whole lot better without the nikki character?

Also, we need moar mika.

Well, you might want to finish season 2 first.

If ti isn't through his powers, it will be through time travel.

Well:

I didn't mean Nikki, but the girl that plays Nikki. I know she died but the same actor now plays the freez-o lady. I don't like her.
If ti isn't through his powers, it will be through time travel.
I gotta say that his powers wont have a say in him comming back...Being burned to the bone is far enough out there as it is but dust? I just can see his power letting him come back from that one. but who knows...

Id still like to see him come back....what I dont get is that Daphne is suppose to be Hiro's arch-enemy yet they havent done shit yet...at least with Adam there was something to their battle.

I'm on episode 5 or 6 and this season is really, really bad. It's just ridiculous in every regard. Peter Petrelli's acting is really, really bad... he reminds me of Keanu Reeves. The story is incredibly bad, it reminds me of a soap opera in how outlandish-yet-shallow it is. Good guys are bad guys, bad guys are good guys, I'm your mother, you're my uncle, I'm not really here, this was all a dream, etc, etc. This is worse than season 2.

I still like season 1, though. I wish the show would just grow up.
Hiro and Daphne kinda lost their battle when he lost his memory and when she became a "good" guy....no?
I dont think they went very far with it at all....everything I read was basically saying Daphne vs Hiro was the next Adam vs Hiro.....Im hoping they come back across with something in the 2nd half.
