Calm down buddy. I know you are a LAB person and for some reason think that Lockerz gives a shit about you, but there is no way to work around the fact that Lockerz is trying to accomplish too much with too little. They have over extended their resources, which is the worst thing you can do in a beta. As for the instability of the website, its easy to say "C'mon guys, they are new to this, give them some time" but the site has been like this since August. Have they made some improvements? In terms of the website itself, all that has really been added is Play and videos of their responses to dailies. Awesome. The fact of the matter is that they shouldn't have ever opened passed the U.S. They clearly weren't and aren't (and at this rate won't be) ready.
I know, I know, you are trained to say "But it isn't all about the prizes, the website itself is supposed to be enjoyable." But what the

am I supposed to do on the site? Answer the daily? 10 seconds. Okay! Watch videos? They have a selection of about 30 videos, all of which can be viewed on YouTube, which is more entertaining because then I can interact with fellow members in the user comments section.
And I love how you say 3 weeks later.
Look at the history of this thread. It has been like that for 7 months. You're telling me they couldn't think of any better way to give members what they want? And don't tell me that their idea of having to spend 1200 ptz for a 100 ptz item was ingenious, because that is just retarded.
Now the only argument you have left is "Hey, all you do is complain and don't offer any solutions." But I have. And so have many other users. But Lockerz "claims" they read our suggestions, but all we get are deleted FB messages and computer generated "user support" messages. Isn't that the exact opposite of how a beta should work? A beta is supposed to gauge how people are liking the website, and what could be improved, but they refuse to listen. Do I blame them? Yes. They brought this upon themselves. They simply let too many members in too early. It is hard to sift through the thousands of whiny emails they get in their support email inbox to actually find the few emails that have good ideas in them. But they wouldn't have had this problem if they kept the membership number to a more manageable number and gradually increased membership number as they got more man power behind them.
So dude, just for a second take off your rose tinted LAB glasses, and see it how the thousands of other members see it. If you are incapable of seeing it how we see it, then quite honestly, they picked a bad group of LAB members. The LAB people should work as intermediates between the members and the lockerz administration, not against the members.
I'll hit this point by point:
First off, I've said it before and I'll say it again:
THEY OPENED THE SITE WORLDWIDE TOO SOON. Are you able to see that I AGREE with you now? You seem to have missed me before, so hopefully bolding text will help you understand. But what can they do? Say "

you" to the majority of their members (since the U.S. members only make up a minority of the userbase) and shut them off from the site for three or four months? The only thing that will accomplish is thousands upon thousands of pissed off members doing what they can to ruin what Lockerz is working on at this point: to get the site stable and working before launch. Since August? Hah! The first two months I redeemed (August and September) I really didn't have any problems aside from the items being out of stock. The November redemption was when shit hit the fan, because that's when they opened it worldwide. Sure, they've added Play and responses to the dailies, but guess what! They've been doing what they can to get the redemption working. You have NEVER said anything about the stability of the redemption getting better (aside from Wave 3 and yesterday's redemption) which, if you deny, are clearly trying to find everything negative about the site. December redemption, there was the problem with the items saying they were in stock but redirected you to the ptzplace main site. January's redemption went smooth, except items were out quickly.
That is what happens when you have such a huge user base and a small supply of items. They could (and eventually will) raise the prices, which will help out a small bit, but they want to try and make sure everything is well.
Look at it like this... They have a Wii for 250 ptz, a PSP for 200, and games for 100. Those all are within reach easily. There will be hundreds of thousands of people bombarding the site trying to get those items. This helps them figure out where the holes are that they need to fix and improve. Once they raise the prices, it will help combat such a large group of users trying to redeem, thus making the ptzplace 100% stable in the end, since they know how to handle such a massive load.
Trained? Trained?

Good job on that. We haven't gotten anything about "responses we're supposed to give"... And you bitch about us LAB members not being able to help out, but how the

are we supposed to tell you about your prize getting canceled when we are pretty much Lockerz uses with a certain title? We have nothing except what we know and what we are told. We know nothing about the website? Well guess what! We can only give you the answers we get. You don't think we're doing a good enough job? Tough. We do what we can with the resources we have. If you want answers about why your prize got canceled, we can't tell you, because we aren't told why. You bitch about our competency with the website, but some of us have been LAB members for about a month and haven't really been told much. Sorry, but we're doing what we can.
I have read great ideas in this thread, but you're acting like they should just automatically respond to your E-mail with a "GREAT IDEA! Integrated NOW!" response. It took them about four months of working to improve the site while working on Play to launch it. Is it the results people want? No. But it's something. It shows they're working. I see people bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch about the time Lockerz is taking... Ebay started in 1995, and didn't really take off until almost three years later... Lockerz is taking a new approach to a site offering free prizes, and it's not good enough. Would you rather have them spend their time and effort on taking an idea of a live chat into their site, or spend it trying to get the redemption stable?
And for the people wondering, no. Lockerz doesn't have one or two of each item, but in ratio to their user base, it's tiny. If there's 1,000 people going for a PSP (just using a small example) and they only have 100 PSP packs, that means 900 people will be disappointed. It happens. Keep trying, or give up. If people honestly didn't care, they wouldn't waste hours on Lockerz during redemption. If your time is so valuable, go work for five hours and buy yourself a game.
