Yeah sorry guys I'll update that tonight. Been crazy busy lately and my work just blocked cag so I can't even do lunchtime check ins here.
 
GG Gb, despite the horrendous lag at times. Don't know why it was lagging like that. I was playing Dead Space 2 online beforehand and it was lag free. Could be a server issue as usual.
 
Well no playoffs for me. Just finished up my game against superstar and his Bears and came up short. Final score 35-21. I played pretty poor defense as usual, though I snagged a nice int on a deflection that led to a td, and nothing consistent on offense. It was rough having back to back dropped balls on 3rd and 4th down during my last drive in the fourth quarter which ended any chance I had of making a comeback. Oh well I look forward to starting fresh next season. Nice game Superstar.

The site and the game each list Green Bay and Chicago in different spots, so I don't know what's up. I had some games simmed, and I think Chicago did, too. Then everyone deals with drops and sometimes replaying games, and the injury bug cost me Rodgers and Grant for 5 weeks. This has been a weird season.
 
Uber I'm goin away this weekend till Sunday..... assumin the deadline is early tomm I can play my game assuming its mog for our first playoff game.... we only have four games can we try to get the first set of playoff games done my Thursday night assuming I win I don't want to hold up the league so I figured id give a heads up

Boooooo, I was hoping GB would lose so there would be a 3 way tie for the last playoff spot. Oh well I blew so many opportunities to put my team in a better position. Looking forward to the next season. I hope that you guys will be back as well.

boutte's 139 yards also made him break 1000 yards rushing for the season with 1079 yards for the season

I'm leaving town this weekend. Heads up to whoever I end up playing once we advance. I won't be able to play until Sunday night or anytime on Monday...
 
I am also going out of town till Sunday but I will have my game against mog played tomm and could play my second game if I win anytime tomm night

no problem... i was reconsidering tryin to play tonight anyway due to an inevitable 4:30 am wake up call. My boys have practice tomorrow so i wont get home til sometime around 9 (est)

Yeah, as I told MasterAwesome, I had a friend over tonight playing Rock Band/MvC and watching Blake Griffin bounce his own face off a backboard, but I can be pretty flexible tomorrow; probably mid-afternoon Pacific time.
 
The BRONCOS comes out and forces 7 picks as a team and wins 73-42 TIM TEBOW puts on one of his best performances as a pro. His qb rating was 105 and threw for over 300 yards and 5 tds and 2 pick

It's ridiculous. There's some guys in this league who are awesome at getting picks, but mog is on an entirely different level. I don't think I've ever seen his guys drop one.
 
It's absolutely ridiculous...it's not like he's all over the field user-picking with one player...he changes into the defender while the ball is in mid-air and somehow knows just when/how to push the button to get the interception no matter how hard of an interception it is. There is some secret to user-picking that us lesser beings haven't been able to comprehend...but mog figured it out which makes him almost unbeatable. I have no idea how I beat him once in this league...but I'm definitely revisiting that box score to get a general idea of how I did it. Basically...if your receiver isn't WIDE open you're screwed.

Me and Matt disconnected twice in our game...one was early in the 3rd quarter and the other was somewhere in the 2nd quarter. I was up 28-0 and 21-0 so he graciously stepped down so I could play CPU. We both got the "Connection to peer has been lost...End Game" message so I think it was the servers...especially since the EA site is down too. I hope I win...
 
EDIT: I see that he already explained the situation while I was typing, but I did want to mention the stuff about my Xbox and internet setup since this game has been dropping far too frequently.

The Panthers are about to advance over the Packers. We tried playing the game twice, and I was getting killed both times. Game 1 started with a sack/fumble on Rodgers that was run back for a Carolina TD, and my offense never got anything going, with WRs dropping balls left and right and Carolina tearing through my o-line like it was perforated. We both got the "connection to peer has been lost" message during both attempts. MasterAwesome was leading 28-0 in the 3rd quarter and 21-0 in the 2nd quarter before the two drops.

He actually wanted to play again, but I figured that I didn't deserve another opportunity since he was crushing me, and the Kings/Rangers game is on with the Bulls game starting soon, so I'd rather watch those than deal with another dropped game, anyway. I was frustrated with Madden, but not the games were fun and MasterAwesome was his usual super-friendly self.

I'm not sure what the deal is with Madden 11. This is the only game that does this to me. It's happened when I've been winning big, when I've been in tie games, and then when I've been getting killed like today. People- not MasterAwesome- have blamed me and/or my connection before, but I'm playing on a wired connection and have played these last few games with a different copy of Madden than I started with (game installed now as well) and even a new Xbox. Not sure why all these games are dropping, but it's frustrating. Even when I'm getting beaten badly, I just want to finish the games and try to learn from them.
