Madden 12 League - Official Fantasy CAG League Week 9 Live , Deadline is Friday
Isoballin. Has he not rejoined?
Not when I checked (sunday?) and he hasn't responded to my PM that I sent on Sunday either.

Ok, An Update to this League:

Games Remaining to be played:

Dolphins(Dead Prez) vs Jets(OskEEzEE75): Dead Prez is not in the league. Any clue on this game?

Browns(Ed Fn Reed) vs Raiders(damailman2272): Both in the league, not sure on this one.

Rams(gbpackers994) vs Packers(Isoballin): Isoballin has not rejoined yet.

Texans(The Zero) Vs Ravens(feroci0us1): Trying to get the zero to respond to me.... (He logs on to xbox while i'm sleeping/yard work-doesn't respond to messages I sent while he was offline)

I play him next so hopefully this won't happen haha.

just played the browns and im confused can someone please expain the leagues rules on hurry up offenses this did hurry up 50 percent of the time even when he was up by a substantial margin and to top it off he was still throwing trying to run up the score in the fourth

He was up and still doing the hurry up offense? Are you kidding me? Why are people so stupid?

No, no and no. He should not have done that and sorry you had to go through that.

hey im staticz brother i wanted to know if u would be cool if i took over the giants my gamertag is dvo21 and i can pretty much play anytime on the weekends and during the weekends anytime from 1800 to about 2230 central time

league name is cagfl3 password is abc123.

Just go to search on the online franchise portion of madden, find the league, and enter the info above. Then you'll be able to pick up the Giants.

I can sub. Though my availability isn't great.
I could probably do anytime after 1230 est tomorrow til 5. And then perhaps Mon in the 7-8 range.

Cardinals 45 - Steelers 3

After a miserable 0-3 start, the Cardinals have clawed their way back to .500 with their third straight win, this time in dominating fashion over a good Steelers squad.

Jake Locker had by far the best game of his rookie season, going 15-20 for 322 yards, 4TDs and 0 picks.

LeSean McCoy had a good looking statline, with 12 carries for 96 yards and a score, but most of that came on his 77-yard TD run.

5th WR Taylor Price had a breakout game for the Cards, catching two long passes for 118 yards, both of which went for TDs. Dwayne Bowe and Shawn Nelson had the other TDs.

gg fero! Always fun when we play, even when it ends up one-sided. As I messaged you after the game, I really have to wonder where this ridiculous offense was in my Pats' playoff run. I guess you can never underestimate the value of having great wideouts, which this Cardinals team has.

i enjoy this league just seems others dont....i knew from the start one problam would be certain people would draft teams that were not as good as others and would stop playing wat i dont understand is alot of this league is main players who always play so wuts the hold up?
Cru is the commissioner right now. He hasn't really been around.
Maybe you should be taking more of the leading role then, assuming both you and Cru are okay with that? You're around pretty often and I think this league really needs a strong hand to keep it moving at a reasonable pace.

I wouldn't mind, but the guys that are holding us back are those who never check the site so pm's won't even matter. Even with xbox live it's a pain because you have to catch them on there and that's all based on luck.

Only other way to get a hold of people is through contacting Cru so he can call them. I shouldn't have to do that which in turn makes me not care about this league.

The community needs work and if a 1/4 of the league is going to never use the site for communication, then I don't see how this league can survive.

We have had a few lively debates on this thread, It definately doesn't have the same cast of characters as CAGFL2. But I think this league is going as well as anyone could have expected.

Do we know which (if any) teams do not have an owner. Perhaps we could get those teams filled in like we did with the Giants.

Everyone has been really good about subbing, I know Widow and Bseti post wanting to sub all the time, so if we could get lists of what teams can't play for before each week, we could assign subs, and get these weeks moving a whole lot faster.

I for one am really enjoying playing with my team. And to bring up an old subject I think relegation should be neccessary because it seems like the NFC has a lot more participation than the AFC.

Nope, I agree 100%

On another note, the Commissioners could keep track of the players who:

Do not post on the thread
Frequently miss games and/or can't be reached by their opponent on a regular basis
Are unsportsmanlike or just not in tune with the way the league plays.

After the Super Bowl, if the list is large enough, we just say screw this one, recruit new people, boot the players who are frequently inactive, and run a new draft.

We'll see what happens. We already have 6 to 8 guys that fit the above criteria.

I didn't realize it was that bad.

I just say we scrap this league n start another lg with the real NFL teams!! An everybody gets a different team to run with cuz this lg won't make it much longer!

We'd have to see how the remaining members feel about that. Cru will need to check in too.

This time, no word of mouth friends if they're not going to use the thread/pm's at all.
