Anyone else encounter the bug where the opposing punter shanks the ball about 10 yards straight into the ground? Happened twice now in my 1st preseason game against the Bears.

So I brought up the idea of a "Draft Pick Swap" a while back.

A 1 for a 1, 2 for a 2, that kind of thing before the season starts. In case some owners are really interested in certain rookies.

Any thoughts?

And if yes, Fletcher Cox would love to be traded for a Dre Kirkpatrick or a Stephen Gilmore.

Figured it out, it's when the CPU puts the kicker in at punter, so while it will only really be an issue in the pre-season, it could present a problem if your punter gets injured. Hopefully they patch that up.
 
Do you have to have a kinetc I went to the game face website. It said error or something like that. I have a vision cam still though. lol

i have to say ea did good this year, infinity engine is cool. The ultimate team mode is better this year too, I have P. Manning, Megatron and Barry Sanders on my team now and sanders is beast lol.

I'm not a fan of being in a division with a person that makes the playoffs every season and has a top 5 defense. Wait now I know why doom is scared

There's no easy path to the playoffs in this league, no matter what division you're in.

I'm far from confident that I'm going to dominate this division. staticz is very solid, you made the playoffs several times last year, and for all we know JoelyPoley is the best Madden player of all time. That's part of the fun of these shuffled divisions, we have no idea what will happen!

I know I'm going to get blown out I couldn't even beat the CPU in the demo but truthfully I have most my fun trading players and doing the draft if I go 1-15 this season im happy that one game is going to be beating the jags
 
Just got back to the hotel and popped Madden in. I'm very impressed! I am playing as the Cowboys, and the offensive line is awesome. Hope it's like this online :p

Tanking for the top pick comes with drawbacks this year, since it's likely that will make it harder to be competitive in the free agent market.

bad news bro. the league filled up about 2 weeks ago and teams have been picked but im almost positive that the other league still has room with decent teams
 
hey guys just found this out in the other league but they were checking out teams and roster and contracts and all that good stuff but anyways wes welker has a contract of 400k which isnt even close to 9 million at all seems like we found out where ea sports messed up

edit: and now just found out brady has been taking bigger pay cut than we knew 480K a little more than welker

This isn't Breaking Bad related, but I cuss a lot when playing Madden. Considering that, from Thursday on, I'll be in a house with a 4 year old and a 2 year old, I really have to tone that shit down. But Madden just seems to elicit a strong emotional response from me, whether it be positive or negative.

how are trades working this year just letting owners make there own deals and let them work on deals.

becuz there are so many situation to be judging trades on now i think it would be easier to just lets us do our thing.

things that would have to be judged. on a guy getting a good player ofr pretty cheap. people arent gonig to like it but in consideration of making up for cap space when Fa comes in the off season to sign other players that are much more needed and also u could be getting rid of a guy thats taking up alot of cap space u dont really use alot or not really needing all that much. but u really think someone is gonig to take all that cap space and give up a big amount as well for the trade. there just so many different ways to look at i honestly think if the owners are ok with the trade and both feel like there getting wut they need out of it who are other to judge?

just my opionion im sure u guys will do wut u want but im just trying to think of the thing that could end up happening and how people will all say no no thats not fair but then u thrown in that that the giving up a good player has to explain it all out give up his plan and ideas for the future and then he can makes his moves so quietly for the future. i think if were gonig to call this a SIM league then we should let owners run there team like the real nfl does becuz theres always gonig to be bias people on trades but if the owners both feel like there getting a deal then its fair and if they mess up live and learn. but the real nfl doesnt have owners pitching in on where this owner should trade with this owner the way they just did then tell them they cant make that trade.

and if a guy is on the block then he gets 2 owners bidding there trades thru PMs the owner who has the guy on the block chooses he wants to deal with more and does it

Roger Goodell still has to approve trades in the real NFL, lol. Teams don't just do whatever they want.
