Magazine is going digital this issue, but for whatever reason, the coupons are still available in store. It's in a brochure showing a preview of the magazine and talking about RZ Unlocked. There's also no UPC on it outside of the Unlocked sign-up UPC so it could actually be free. I'll try to get pictures up later.

Anyway, the coupons. Valid from 3/3 - 4/6:

$25 off Battlefield 3 (Standard) (PS3 & 360) - $15 AC
$25 off Dragon Ball Z Kinect (360) - $5 AC
$22 off Assassin's Creed: Revelations (360) - $8 AC
$20 off Doom 3 BFG Edition (PS3 & 360) - $20 AC
$20 off Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (PS3 & 360) - $20 AC
$10 off Zone Of The Enders HD Collection (PS3 & 360) - $20 AC
$20 off Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Pre-Owned (PS3 & 360) - $10 AC
$40 off Turtle Beach Ear Force DX12 - $80 AC

EDIT: An FAQ about @Gamer provided by whitereflection:

How do I access my digital magazine/coupons?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to the latest issue of the magazine. In the same e-mail is a second link to access the coupons, which you can either print out to use in-store or use online at bestbuy.com.

How do I receive the digital edition of the magazine?
If you are a new or renewing member, you will automatically receive the digital edition of the magazine. If you are a current print subscriber, you will continue to receive the print edition of the magazine until your subscription expires.

How do I convert my print subscription to digital?
Go to http://www.atgamermagazine.com/customerservice. Login with your subscriber info, which can be found on the mailing label of your magazine. Be aware that it takes up to four weeks to process your request.

I have not received the March issue yet.
The last issue was a double-issue for January/February. March issues have just started mailing and you should receive yours by the second week of the month. @Gamer is published ten times a year with double issues for January/February and July/August.

Nope you can't.
Anyone know if you get the welcome coupons again when you renew your subscription to @Gamer? I renewed at the end of January but never received any coupons. Just wondering if I am missing out on coupons I should have received...

Edit: after browsing the BBY forums, looks like I might be missing the coupons.

I never got any either.
I asked the same question awhile back and a couple guys on here said no.
@mrclutch The BBY thread I found had a response from a BBY Community Connector who said those who renew should get the welcome pack coupons. I would suggest you make a thread on their forums or contribute to this one to get the process started on getting your welcome pack coupons.

They only send out the WELCOME PACKAGE four times a year (maybe three?).

So you have to wait till they send out the next batch.

Mine took over two months to arrive last year:)

They no longer send them out by mail(Been like this since December 2012). You get them via email 1-3 days after you renew or sign up.

Didn't get my mag intime :whistle2:/ Hope it comes on Monday!! My BB had 4 copies of DBZ and really would love to ick it up for $5.

Thanks for the heads up though OP!

They do not, it's a coupon, not automatic, you need to bring it in and have them scan it.

So apparently when I renewed GCU last year my magazine sub never got renewed with it. I checked my subscription status and it's been expired since January, which explains why I never got my welcome coupons and a notification that the magazine switched over to digital.

Same thing happened to me; however, I did receive the coupons digitally. I emailed one of the reps on the BBY forums about my issue, and they put a $10 certificate on my account. That more than made up for my account not renewing since I paid for it.

I never got any kind of notification. Just got the latest magazine in the mail though.
So have some people received their emailed coupons already?
nope

Edit: Correction. It just came in @ midnight!

how the hell do you access the coupons if you have a digital subscription?

Logged into the computer version and android version and can't find it anywhere?!?!?

Just got my email containing the coupons.

Edit: The coupons can be used online! :hot:

Edit: I guess the CAG insider was right, digital subscribers do get 2 sets of coupons now. One for online use and one for in-store, so you can take advantage of an offer twice! :hot::hot:

that is crazy, lol

If anyone wants to toss away their online AC:R online coup my way, it would be much appreciated. I have some time off this week and not having the mag yet means, not having a cheap game to play this week.

i beat the game over a year ago and its well worth 10 or less. ill give you my coupon when i get it :)

Question
Are the coupons really single use for in store digital? I usually bring my friend along whenever I get my physical copy and my best buy guy kindly allows me to use the coupon twice for both of us.

Yes. It has a unique UPC and can only be scanned once. The physical coupons do not have a unique UPC and so they can be scanned mutiple times.

I couldn't figure this out either, but it's in the email. "Your March @Gamer issue is here + $182 in coupons" - That's the subject line. Scroll to the middle of the page and click "view now" to see you coupons.

I used my promotional code online as well, and picked up DBZ. That ease of use might make me subscribe again. That was effortless. Now I wish I didn't use my previous promotional code on that $20 PSN Card. I could've had Zone of Enders HD for $10...

Is there anyway to view your coupons without the email? I just joined yesterday and no email. Not sure what "member ID" they're looking for on the site either. Tried several numbers on my receipt to no avail.

Really cool that there are essentially 2 coupons for every game.

But you know what this means now? The people that were unhappy about being switched to digital are now pleased and the people finishing out their physical copy subscriptions will be pissed. Freaky Friday!

Also, now we'll see a bunch of posts along the lines of "hey anyone not using their online coupon for Game X - can I have it please"? ;)

Thanks for the update guys!!!

Just saw it in my email and pick up DBZ w/ expedited shipping!

BTW, if anyone has a spare BF3 code, please feel free toss it my way!

You sure as hell will see it from me!!
And I wanna see it from other folks too...Lots of times I either own the game or don't have too time to play so I'd be more than happy to not let a coupon go to waste!

Yes, like me. I want a DBZ coupon and don't know if I'll get this issue.

Did anyone else notice that you can now use @gamer coupons online now? At least the ones you receive in the email. This makes it much easier to snag some deals, especially those pre-owned ones.

So since these coupons expire in April, would it be too much to hope that Doom BFG or Tekken drop in price by then so we potentially get them each for $10 AC?

I'm so confused. I haven't received any emails regarding a switch to digital. My subscription ends on March 19, but I assumed I'd still get the March issue. As of now, I've got nothing. If the Jan/Feb issue was my last, I would have figured there would have been some sort of "hey, last issue, head in to BB to renew..." notice on it, but who know. I don't, anyway. Do you?

I just checked online. It said my subscription expired March 1 (cheated out of 13 days...the b@stards!) and that my last issue was mailed on March first. Expect I'll get it tomorrow. Now I just have to decide whether or not its worth renewing. The deals have really nose-dived the last few months. This month is a little better, so hopefully they will have some good $5 spring deals like last year.
Yeah I still haven't received this month's magazine from them (physical or digital).
I switched to digital and did not receive the email with the coupons. Any idea how to get this fixed?

Same here. I actually just got my renewal e-mail and there's no mention of going digital. My subscription is a bit odd in that they never sent me my Jan/Feb issue, so I contacted them about it and they said they would just add an issue to my subscription. But then a few days later I got the Jan/Feb issue in the mail. So I don't know if I'm getting another issue or not.

Either way I don't think I'll be resubscribing until there's a good coupon to use. The last coupon I actually used was well over 6 months ago. I also haven't traded to BB in same amount of time. Until there's a good value game ($5-$10), I don't think I'll bother renewing.
If I resubscribe today in store will they have the coupons available right away or will I have to wait for an email?
Wait for an email. I signed up yesterday and I'm still waiting.

I would just renew now. Have you ever been to a casino? This costs less than a hand of blackjack and the payoff potential is huge - you only need to use one or two coupons before it pays for itself. If there is a good deal, it's not like you could get it right there since you would still need to wait for the magazine to be emailed to you.

Hell, you can even use the coupons online now and Best Buy frequently has free shipping, so the $15 is worth it to me just by saving gas money and not having to look for the items in store. Not to mention the extra trade-in value for games, 10% off used games, and the fact that your Reward Zone points never expire as a GCU member - this is a great deal only dwarfed by PlayStation Plus, in my opinion.

Wha??? You can use the coupons online? How?

It's only if you have a digital subscription, which is your only option now. Only current print subscribers will continue to get the print edition. In the e-mail they send you your magazine, there is also a link for the coupons. There are two coupons for each games - one you can print out to use in-store, the other is a code to use on best buy.com. I just ordered Dragon Ball Z Kinect for $5 shipped and can confirm it's working.
Prototype 2 coupon expired yesterday, Best Buy finally drops to the $29.99 MSRP today. yay!
at least they're getting smarter

I apologize if this has already been answered in the multiple pages of the thread. I tried sifting through but did not see anything.

I no longer have any of my paper forms of my mag to look up the account and switch to digital form. If I call best buy can they kind of work me through that? I tried to look it up under my rewards zone e-mail and it says an account doesnt exist though right next to it it says i am eligible for gamers unlocked until july.

Also, I know for android devices they have the best buy app and sometimes they have gaming coupons that can be pre-loaded and just shown to the cashier and they give you the offer as redeemed. Is this how they are going to handle the new digital coupons or can be done this way?

Thanks much for the info. I sent in a request to change my account to digital. Had no idea that was the case.
