Mavs to the Finals: Congrats to the Heat

My goodness, anyone see Walker's face whenever he fouls? Dude acts like he's all innocent with a dumb look on his face.

I was very surprised when I heard Van Horn was the most paid Mavs player. I thought he was good when he was with the Nets but after watching him play, he stinks. Hopefully they don't re-sign him after this.
 
How can actually think Walker is even average? The guy chucks up shots ALL THE TIME, and most of them are completely stupid. He is not a good team player, he turns the ball over in crunch time by commiting fouls and just straight up losing the ball. The only time hes ever somewhat decent is when his team is either getting stomped or doing the stomping, when his team truly needs him he sucks. Posey>>>>>>>>>>>Walker

But I'm glad that Riley plays him so much and allows him to shoot all of his stupid silly shots. GO MAVS!!!!

he hurt his hand and was out until late in the spurs series. It has to be really hard to get going in the playoffs after the lengthy layoff he had.

A hell of a game.
Wade played his ass off no matter what happened.
Heat really have no offense outside of Fatoine, Shaq and Wade.
 
I don't think I've seen that alley pass ever work for Dallas. Should've had Dirk on the court at least as a decoy for that possesion, but he shouldn't have missed that FT. This could be the huge momentum game Miami needs since Dallas should be up 3-0 after blowing that 4th quarter lead.
 
I knew Dallas would cough up this game. Miami almost blew it, but the problem with putting a team away (3-0 basically means the series is over) is that the team that is in desperation mode can do some incredible things to stave off elimination.

My realistic pick was Mavs in 6, but I think Dallas will still win this series in 5. The Heat got away with one here. It's great to finally have a good game in the series that was worth watching, and I wish the Heat can hold on and make it a good 7 game series. I want to see something really special :p
 
Great game. Wade played amazing basketball. It's got to suck for Dallas fans having there best player at the line knowing how good of a free throw shooter he is and then he chokes. I thought no way he would miss. Stack was also open in the corner for the last shot but they opted for the alley which personally I don't like. Good thing for the Mavs though is the Heat played there best basketball and the Mavs only lost by 2. I was happy Riley had Antonie on the bench at the end so he couldn't fuck anything up. Can't wait for Game 4. Hopefully this turns into a series now and the Mavs don't blow the Heat out.

Don't worry. Dallas has given each opponent in the last two series a game or two. This just happens to be one for this series. Miami needed an absolutely huge game from Wade to stay in contention.

Every single game throughout the playoffs following a loss, Avery has made great adjustments that negated whatever their opponent did the following game. I have no doubt this will be any different.

I actually hope Dallas loses one of the next two games, just so we can come back to Dallas and win the championship.

Have you ever said anything bad about any Dallas sports team? ;)
 
Wade played amazing, and Dirk played crummy and the Mavs lost by 2. Shaq was hitting his free throws and Dirk wasn't. I think the Mavs will bounce back and someone will go nuts, I'm not too worried.

I'm suprised people aren't talking about the final play...Dwayne Wade jumped up ridiculously high and is only 6-4 to stop Josh Howard who is 6-7.

I fail to see how that's amazing.....everyone knows Wade is one of the best, most talented athletes in the league, and Josh Howard is a future all star, but still working on his game.
