I got the UDP Port thing working for myself here's what I did:
ve been having the same problems as everyone else with the UDP Port situation. You changed your ports to UDP 5730-5733 but you're still not able to host a game, right? Do this, this is what worked for me:
1) Go the PSP Home Menu > Network Settings (Scroll all the way to the LEFT and then DOWN)
2) Infrastructure Mode > Select a Connection (I assume that you already have one setup) and press TRIANGLE to open up the Options.
3) Test Connection
4) Look at the results and find the IP ADDRESS NUMBER. For example it might look something like this: 191.148.2.2 < This is the IP Address directly to the PSP. This is where most of my (and probably your) problems occurred. Write this number down.
5) Go to your ROUTER SETTINGS , usually you get here by typing the above IP number into the Address Bar on your internet browser.
6) Under the part where you change your UDP Port numbers in your Router Settings. Enter in UDP range 5730-5739 and when you have to enter the Private IP enter in the PSP's IP Address!
This should now make it work.
The problem I had, like many of you I assume, was that I was using the wrong last digit in the Private IP after I entered in the correct UDP ports. Before I was entering in "1xx.xx.xxx.2.1" when the PSP IP shows after a Test Connection that the proper IP ends with a "2" digit. By entering in the correct PSP IP number and opening the correct UDP ports you should now be able to host a game!
This is what worked for me, hopefully it will for you!
i followed exactly like u said. but its not working for me.
EDIT: ok nvm. thank you very much
