Hot damn, what a game. I cannot believe you came down and did that with so little time and no TOs. I was thinking worst case scenario, I go to OT and you just whipped my butt. SO disappointed in my D on that drive, but got to give you props for doing it.

I advanced us in Madden, I was on a bye. :/. But I did get my stud FS resigned.
I got my NCAA game in...it was CRAZY. I beat Nebraska 28-15, but it took a late comeback to win, despite the score. My QB had FIVE INTs, that's a record for me against CPU. Only one of them was a bad throw (woefully underthrown), but the other 4 were just ball hawked, they made great plays.
Other than that though, Rudock threw the ball well and made big throws. In fact, I think his only incompletions in the first half were picks (3 of them). My D continually shut them down despite the awful field positions. I trailed 15-14 with about 2 mins to go and scored on a big pass to my slot receiver streaking away from coverage. I shut them down and scored on a play I was just trying to convert to keep the clock moving since they had all 3 TOs still.

Lost 35-21 and the game appears to have frozen on me before exiting. I'm trying to give it a minute or two but it's not looking good.
Had to turn off the system. Complete freeze. I have to tell you that maybe my favorite feature of PS4 so far is that this stuff hasn't happened. Games load so quickly and smoothly that it's noticeably impressive.
I signed back in and my game didn't register. I hope you don't mind but I'm going to sim my game....figured I would lose and I did, 35-28 this time. Advanced. I'm on the bye here so just let me know when you're ready for another advance.

Advanced and neither of is were in the Big10 championship game (both had bye again) and there was no recruiting allowed so I advanced a second time.

I have to laugh at this. I'm not playing on New Year's Day...but I am playing Miami! That should be fun. Meineke Care Bowl.
You've got Alabama in the Capital One Bowl. That should be a great game.

You had a winning record in the conference I believe, won 6 games overall so qualifying for bowl eligibility..and you upset the great Iowa Hawkeyes..that should count for something. 
Congrads on the bowl game, that is funny that you would draw them of all teams. I'm glad my projection held in the Cap One bowl against Alabama. I was looking forward to playing them.

I'm fine with concentrating on Madden until we finish up that season..we're in the final stretch for that year, so it shouldn't take too long. We can get all the offseason stuff done in NCAA while we do that.

Perfect. I just played madden. Beat the dolphins 21-14 but Geno got hurt and is out 5 weeks which means he's gone for the season unless I go deep in the playoffs. Definitely time to draft a QB. I don't think Bridgewater left Louisville for us yet though and Manziel definitely stayed an extra year too. I'm not exactly a fan of Mccarron so I guess I have to wait and see.

I lost to Bama, 34-24. 4 TOs in the first half killed me and I trailed 24-0 at the break. Played a bit better in the second, but still not good enough to come back.

Super Bowl is finished and the Bills were crowned champions. We rolled over Indy, NE and finally Washington to win the title.
First game against Indy was actually close most of the game. I was only up 12-7 at the two minute warning, but was poised to score..and did so and scored twice more with Indy trying to force passes to come back.
Second game against NE, I discovered a money play almost right off the bat in the game. NE cannot defend the wildcat counter with someone of Spiller's speed. I did it a few times before determining it wasn't luck or my skill, but rather the play itself, so I stopped using it. But it gave me an early lead and forced Brady to throw almost exclusively. I ended up picking him off 4 times I think and I know he had a completion percentage around 40%. They only ran the ball maybe 4 times the whole game.
Washington posed no real challenge. I was disappointed they made the SB. They beat Green Bay in the conference championships to advance and I was REALLY looking forward to playing the Pack in the Super Bowl. Oh well. Griffen threw a pick 6 on the first drive that set the tone. My first two drives were in the Redskins territory and EJ pretty much had his way with their pass D. He ended the game with 3 TDs and MVP.

Ivory and Mangold made the Pro Bowl from your team. I can't remember if any of your defensive players made it. I had EJ, DE J.Hughes and FOUR of my offensive lineman. I was pretty shocked at that.

Interesting point re wildcat counter. I used it for the first time in one of my last games and Ivory broke a single tackle in the backfield and then no one else was near him. I never ran it again because I felt I got lucky dodging the one tackle and finding no one else in my path.
