NCAA Online Dynasty

Actually got a few now to get in my NCAA now. Beat Rutgers 21-7, controlled the clock and ball really well after a bad INT on my opening drive. Game was this score at halftime, shut them down on their opening drive of the 2nd half and they didn't get the ball back until late in the 4th after I missed a chip shot FG attempt somehow.

I definitely had a good trip too, thanks. Surprised my dad really nice by being there and then took him to the Iowa game on Sat and them up to Minnesota to watch the Packers game on Sunday night.

I'm advancing now and probably playing my game. Friday could work if it's later in the night. I'm definitely around all day Sunday. Tomorrow (Thursday) late night too and even tonight if you're around.

Nice win man, sounds like a good defensive battle.

I upset #4 Wisconsin, 21-3. I don't know if you play them this year, but key up for the run.

Very nice. We've got to get madden in this weekend. I should be around tonight after the Miami-Fla St game and tomorrow late afternoon and later in the night.

Agreed, I brought back an infection and bronchitis from my trip, so I have been knocked out pretty early in the night. Still fighting it off. I can play tomorrow night though as long as its not too late.

I am psyched for the Miami-FSU game, should be a good one. Nice to see them both in the Top 10 again.

Advanced. I'm playing #5 Nebraska. I don't see this going well for me. Is 10 or 10:30 too late for Sunday night? I'll be online a lot tomorrow so you can sign in and send me a psn message whenever you have some free time.

Lost in overtime. Shouldn't have even been an OT game except one of my guys fumbles a kickoff at the one yard line and it bounces into the end zone for a safety. Unreal. 32-25. Clearly not Michigan's season.

Wow, going into this game against Northwestern, my defense is:

Pts Allowed - #1

Yards Allowed - #1

Pass Yards Allowed - #2

Rush Yards Allowed - #1

If only my offense was good at anything. I am sure now my D will get lit up now that I have noticed their ranking. And I know it won't be as good once we finally play this year.

Good game. I'm guessing you saw I had big games with Hill in the first two and you shut him down. Chris Ivory looked like Adrian Peterson, I should've gotten him the ball more.

I messed up the "advancing". Basically, you need to go set yourself to "ready". Game won't advance until you do. My mistake.

No crap there, I don't know what happened, but I got outplayed and won the game. That lucky pick 6 in the first half kind of set the tone and kept the ball out of Ivory's hands prob more than otherwise.

Yea, I saw you used Hill quite a bit, but it was more luck than anything that I kept him in check. I don't know what happened with my run game, but it must have been an incredible combination of fantastic run D by you and horrendous running by me. I need to work on that since Spiller should be a better weapon for me than he is.

Surprisingly, Manuel still ends up being pretty solid for me. The one positive thing in my offensive game. He was able to convert several 3rd down throws that I didn't think he would.

Oh, I played my game in NCAA as you prob noticed while waiting for me. I beat Northwestern in double OT, 31-28 I think. I had a 21-7 lead half way through the 4th quarter when they scored with less than 2 mins to go. I recovered an onside kick, fumbled on the first play and they scored a TD with 10 seconds left to tie it up. In the 2nd OT, I forced a fumble and then kicked the winning FG.

Nice. I'll advance NCAA, just need you to set yourself to ready and madden should automatically advance when you do. Your pick 6 definitely changed the game but give yourself credit too. I couldn't throw just as much as you couldn't run.

Madden is advanced and I got my game in too before work. I beat the Ravens, 28-12 I think. EJ had 3 INTs, but 2 of them were long ball attempts where it sufficed to be picked as well as if I had to punt on the next play. The other one was a bad decision by me though, forcing a throw in the endzone. I had a kickoff return for a TD to start off the game, that set the tone quite nicely.

I didn't have great stats, but again, the offense can run well enough against All Madden on defense. Especially considering I had injuries early to my starting C and my best WR (Stevie). The Ravens came into the game with the #2 offense and drove the ball well at times, but I ended up stopping them to FGs on all their successful drives.

Bills are now 2-2 in the wide open AFC East.

It sounds like upping all of the sliders for us and the CPU worked out well. I hope to play tonight and see the same result.

Blown out by the Titans. Gotta say though, it seemed much more fair with the sliders. First half was great, was losing only 14-0. Final score was something like 38-11. From here on out, after you play, set yourself as ready. Ill do the same, and this way if you play second, you won't need me to sign in to advance before playing again.

Ok! Got my game in and got a win. 17-13. I scored a TD on a long drive with only a few seconds left. Ivory with another big game. I think I've found a new starting back.

I would say so, I was impressed with how well you ran him.

Got my game in before work and actually shut out the Browns 34-0. I picked off Wheedon 4 or 5 times, several of them user picks - FINALLY.

My offense was solid but still didn't wow anyone, esp with my best blocker (out for 3 wks) and my best WR (out for 5 wks) on the shelf. My other WRs have some skill but dropped a few open 3rd down conversion passes. The D had their backs though.

I got my next Madden game, beat the Bengals 38-10, despite EJ completing only 46% of his passes (6-13) for 100 yards. But he did have 2 TDs and 0 INTs. It was (finally) the CJ Spiller show, he kicked some serious ass. 19 carries for 236 yards and 2 TDs. First carry of the game was a 84 yard dash to the endzone and he kept going after that. Jackson tossed on 63 yards of his own and a TD.

Very nice. We seem to be doing much better with the slider changes. Hopefully it remains challenging when we play good teams. I know I need to advance ncaa. Will be working late tonight so not sure ill have the opportunity but tomorrow is Friday so there should be plenty of time for football this weekend. If I can get a late night game in tonight then I will.

Check that, Mich St is now #2 after advancing. I guess at least a win may get be back into the top 25. We will see

Really disappointing loss. 28-21. Tie game the whole way through. I threw a pick in the red zone with 30 seconds left which could've tied it otherwise. This season is cursed for me.

Another win for the Jets, 26-17 over the steelers. Much closer than the score looked. Got a pick 6 at the end in the red zone to seal it. Defense really dominated, I even had a safety as the first score of the game. Advanced.

I ended up going out to the Magic game last night with a buddy and didnt get my game in. Will try to get both in tonight/tomorrow morning.

Congrads on the nice win, it certainly sounds like an interesting game. Pretty cool you got a safety, I can't remember the last time I got one.

Played my next madden game and lost 34-17 to the Pats. You need a win to keep pace for first, sorry I couldn't help there. Sitting at 3-4.

Got my Iowa game in, squeaking past lowly Purdue 24-21. Rudock was miserable, 0 TDs and 2 INTs, got sacked 5 times, pressured many more and had some questionable efforts from his receivers. My running game was solid and at least kept some consistent movement going. Purdue ran one option the whole game, QB kept it and ran like 80 yards untouched for a TD. I was so shocked and bit so hard on the RB because their QB is not a runner. I have never seen such an open field for an entire long run like that.

NCAA is awaiting advancement, I will try to get my Madden game in later today too.

I think it is going to be a long battle for all four teams in the division. The Dolphins likely will fall back the quickest, but I see the remaining three teams battling until the last week. In the end, the Pats winning could be more helpful for me than you doing so. ;)

Won on the road in Miami, 31-7. Offense was good in both facets, EJ was 6 for 10, 3 TDs and 1 INT (my fault, hit wrong button). CJ ran for 120 and a TD and Jackson added 65. Dolphins only managed 165 yards and Tannehill threw 3 picks.

Madden is ready to advance.

Seems like you are in a nice groove in Buffalo.  NCAA is advanced and I'm about to play my game.  I can't wait for the next season in NCAA.  By the way, have you been scouting at all in Madden?  I've done it a little and I'm trying to figure out how much weight our NCAA season really has on the Madden rankings.

Cool, I will hop over and get my NCAA game in as well. I am pumped too for next season, my recruiting has been a little better this year.

Yea, things are going better in Buffalo after those first two games. I haven't done any scouting at all yet, was waiting a bit to get a feel for what I need on the team. I think I have a better feel now and am going to start concentrating on a few positions.

Woot, got 3 guys I wanted to commit this week.

#7 Iowa v #3 MSU, should be a good one. I don't understand how Tulsa moved from #10 to #5 after being ona bye week and only having one team in front of them lose, and the others win.

That is odd.  Hope you beat Mich St.  Either Minnesota is horrible or I just played the game of a lifetime.  You may remember that I lost my top WR week 1?  Well his freshman replacement just caught 10 balls for 290 receiving yards and 5 TDs.  I'm not sure, is that good?

Oh yeah, I obviously won.  48-10.

Iowa pulls out an ugly win, 21-13 over MSU. 2 costly picks by Rudock set up MSU for 2 of their scores. Thankfully, he also tossed 2 TDs and my non-existent running game finally appeared a little in the 4th and I was able to ram the ball down their throats, eat up the clock and their TOs and hold onto the win.

Holy shit, what the hell happened there?! Great game, always feels good to win in blowouts like that.

I think I'm going to play something else for a bit and then I'll go for either another NCAA game or madden later this afternoon.  Jets on the bye, Knicks already lost, and not much else to do today = I'll be playing a lot

Same here, my Packers are getting their asses kicked, baby is sleeping. I'm riding this wave of free time and gonna sneak in one more game.
